Our stay at Mansion Buenavista was wonderful. Noud, the owner, and the entire staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. Our room was cleaned every day, and everything was always spotless. The food was delicious, with every meal prepared fresh and full of flavor. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offers breathtaking views. What made our stay truly special was the warm, personalized hospitality—we felt more like welcomed guests than customers. Honestly, this was even better than staying at a hotel because of the personal attention, comfort, and home-like atmosphere. Everything went seamlessly from start to finish! Noud, the owner, helped us arrange our tours, transportation, and even accommodated our rebooking due to the weather. Coordinating with him was effortless because he was always responsive and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection of freshly prepared, made-to-order options every morning. The service from the entire staff was exceptional, especially Anna, who was amazing, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The entire property is beautifully designed and thoughtfully planned, making our stay even more enjoyable. This is the place to stay if you’re going to El Nido! Noud was an exceptional host, Anna was an amazing manager, and their breakfast was the best way to start our day. We had a large group of 14 and Noud made everything so simple and easy. We told him what we wanted (van transport, tricycles, excursions, etc …) and he made it happen. All the staff were helpful and kind. When we come back, we will definitely stay at Mansion Buenavista again.

It wasn’t what I expected. However, for others, it just made gut work

This is a cute little “bed and breakfast” type hotel. There are only 8 rooms and the owner lives on site. The staff were AMAZING and the cook to order breakfast was a favorite! The property has beautiful views from the balconies! The restaurant area sits next to the pool area creating a beautiful setup. My only complaint was that the bathrooms were very basic and a little dirty. (It’s probably very hard to keep mold out in the humidity?) The bedding and towels were also a little “worn.” With that being said…. The staff could not have been better and the location was great— so we would definitely stay here again!

Visited Mansion Buenavista as a party of 7 from Canada. Everything was actually excellent. Noud (owner) and and his staff make you feel like welcomed guests. Food was delicious and could be pre-ordered, rooms had everything you need, filtered drinking water was readily available, booking the El Nido tours was easy, and transportation to Nacpan Beach was smooth. My group actually took a picture with Noud before leaving. That's how good Mansion Buenavista was. I highly recommend this place.

Only 8 rooms, you are like family, similar to a bed & breakfast. Our final day our flight was super early in the morning. They packed a breakfast to go for us. If you like a washcloth you may want to bring one or a loofah, but you will find at most of the hotels in Philippines don't have them.

Really enjoyed my stay at this location. The room was huge. The AC worked great and all the staff were super friendly and attentive. The location is only a few mins walking to nearby stores. It was about a ten min walk to the meeting point for the boat tour.Overall a great experience!!

Great place to stay. The staffs are amazing and extremely accommodating. Nuod is a great host and great resource for information e.g. activities and tours. The place is very clean, convenient to center of the town, extremely comfortable and offers good food. They filter their ice and water enabling us to drink the water, cocktails and most specially our fave, mango shake. They even allowed us to have a late check out since we took a late flight. I highly recommend and will definitely be our go to when we return to El Nido.

Air conditioning was amazing, if anytying too cold!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mansion Buenavista Mar 21-25. The location is ideal --away from the busy town but easy access by tricycle. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Breakfast was very good featuring fresh fruits/local cuisine, served in a pleasant airy room overlooking the pool. The pool is beautiful and refreshing! The hotel provides unlimited filtered water, coffee, tea available 24/7. Noud, Jennifer and the entire staff provided great service and helpful recommendations. Noud even transported my friend to a clinic when she suffered from heat stroke! I would highly recommend Mansion Buenavista to anyone visiting El Nido.

Great hotel, great breakfast, beautiful view and an easy walk to town. Definitely get the pork sinigang for dinner.

Ice-cold AC, friendly accomodating staff, delicious and freshly made breakfast (to order), in a great location with a fantastic view of both the mountains and the ocean. Admittedly, the decor of the rooms are a little out dated and the beds aren’t super comfortable however that doesn’t take away from the overall experience.

The room was clean and breakfast was delicious! All was exactly as expected and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Mansion Buenavista. It is ideally situated to explore El Nido and the surrounding area, just a short 5-10 minute into the town. The property itself is immaculate and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive and having the delicious breakfast included was a bonus. I’d recommend anyone who is visiting the El Nido area to stay here.
