The Property was very nice.

The hotel is located in a very good place close to Task square main strip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you are a light sleeping not the best place to stay as Friday to Sunday nights are very loud on streets due to clubs.

I would say one of the best 5 star hotels in taksim great hospitality and room service!

My wife had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to take care of her. The room was clean and adequate. The only complaint was the noise level from the street. The breakfast was okay.

Nice and pleasant stay, had an issues with heating system at the room, but duty Manager Perla did her best to help and solve the problem, Only comment i have is the bed mattress was so soft , which is not my preference, Else all was very good .

Everything was great, just the hot water wasn’t every day, unfortunately.

When we got there the room i stayed in was hot. After troubleshooting the a/c with no luck, the staff immediately accommodated us to a different room where it was perfect temperature plus I had the option to open the window. Overall great staff and walking distance to pretty much everything around the Taksim square

I really liked this hotel because of its location to transit, shopping, and food options. Truly the only issue I can say are that the beds are extremely uncomfortable, making getting rest difficult. If you can - I would stay in what seems to be the more historical portion of the property. It’s really beautiful, whereas the area that we stayed in was a little disappointing.

We was given a warm welcome upon checking in, staff throughout our stay greeted us with warm smiles. Rooms were stocked with detailed amenities. The location of this property is for guests that want easy access to the heart of Taksim. The only downfall to this review is that we did find the wooden flooring of our room a bit sticky and we did find what looked like remains of some type of food laying on the floor- hoping it was a one off and possibly housekeeping had overlooked this . Overall I would recommend this hotel and would personally revisit.
