Good stay. Everything we needed

Perfect

My 16 year old son was murdered and I had to cancel my trip and the property HAS REFUSED to give me a refund because the booking was non refundable. I have experienced a life changing event that has flipped my world upside down.

LOVED this hotel. Stayed here for an Astros game with my fiancé, we had the best time together.

Super cute, modern hotel. Would stay here again. Only thing that could improve is the cleanliness of the shower/bathroom. But nothing that would prevent me from staying again.

The Laura was a Cute, Clean , and The Pool area was my favorite place .

Our 1night-stay was perfect until we checked out. We received a correct invoice, but then the amount that was deducted from my credit card account was not correct. I've written 3 mails to the hotel so far, but no answer at all. They just keep my money. That is unacceptable.

The valet parking was ridiculously high!! Never again! We were in a hurry and didn’t see what the charge was going to be.

Amazing hotel very clean

Very nice hotel, close to everything downtown. Beds are incredibly comfortable and the front desk staff, restaurant staff we're very kind, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Wonderful experience, highly recommend.

We stayed for three nights good location and lovely rooms

Very close to good dining

Hotel lobby and elevators had a strange odor, possibly an attempt at sandalwood but was overwhelming and not pleasant. Paid over $70 for an appetizer and main with room service and did not enjoy either.
