There didn’t seem to be enough staff around the bar and reception areas. Also it should be made more clearer that the spa is an extra cost. We used it twice thinking it was complimentary only to get the bill on check out which wasn’t the best. Also breakfast over priced for the same thing every day

great location - nice family hotel

Ski hotel catering to the summer Moto holiday trade. Fair hotel, providing a fair experience for the price.

The service was excellent and our stay very comfortable.

Nice hotel but apart from one person no one else speaks English. And the restaurant/bar staff are the most unpleasant persons I have ever seen in any hotels.

We stayed 2 nights on our way from France to Italy to do some walking. The hotel is only a short drive from Lac Mont Cenis which is spectacular. The area around the hotel was quiet but a number of bars and restaurants serving good food. Breakfast at the hotel was fine.

We loved our stay at l'Alpazur on our way to Italy. Nice big room with a view on the river on the nearby mountains. Clean and well maintained. Wifi was good. Staff was nice, the crêperie was good. Short stay in the summer but we'd love to come again during the winter for a bit of skiing. Great value for money.

Great value, clean and comfortable hotel in a good location. Decent value breakfast, and a nice late-night créperie attached to the hotel.

The hotel is not brand new, but everything is well maintained. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment.

Made an unplanned overnight stay here on the way from France to Italy. Booking was made approx. 30 minutes before we arrived so the hotel really had no time to prepare for us. We were made very welcome while our booking was found. We were shown to a lovely room. Very clean, spacious and with a good size bathroom. The room overlooked the river and several mountains with ski lifts - a beautiful view. On opening the windows we could her the river flowing! We chose to have an evening meal in their restaurant - what a fabulous treat it was!! Lovely local food, well prepared and served and also reasonably priced. Menu selection was large wth a good wine list. Breakfast was an additional cost (10 euro each) and was plentiful and fresh. The hotel itself is a little dated but upgrades have obviously been done while keeping the older style - it's a lovely place to stay We would certainly recommend this place and would have no hesitation to stay again.

Ich hatte auf jede erdenkliche Art versucht, diese Buchung rechtzeitig zu stornieren: Ueber die hotels.com Webseite, mit der hotels.com App und durch eine direkte Nachricht an das Hotel. Nichts ging, obwohl die Stornierbarkeit zugesichert worden war. Ich werde nie wieder ueber hotels.com buchen.

Hôtel confortable bien placé

Massiv in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft mit veralteter Ausstattung. Mini Dusche mit alten Duschvorhang und Schimmelflecken im Duschbereich bis an die Decke. Relativ laut, da vor dem Hotel die Dorfstraße und hinter dem Hotel ein reisender Flusslauf.

Séjour décevant. La chambre sentait la moisissure. Le spa avait des traces de moisissures au plafond. L'eau des canalisation était orange pendant plusieurs minutes avant de pouvoir s'en servir.

L'hôtel est bien situé, relativement propre et comfortable. Cependant, le service laisse à désirer, surtout quand la porte est fermée après 23h, sans code ni moyen de joindre personne ! Pas d'ascenseur et bruyant en saison de ski...
