Hotel staff was friendly. But parking was a nightmare. Very small room for three people. The free breakfast was not good. The front desk people doesn't speak English. Had to use google translate for everything. The room service pressed my husband'sjacket and shirt and that was nice. And did not charge us for it. Overall nice place.

Reception areas

Pros: The beds were comfortable and shower was good. Con and Pro: the door was not locking but they solved it in timely manner. Con: my room was beside the hotel sign which was lit up until around 1am and the curtains did not block all light from it

Nice personnel, very good breakfast. They parked the car in a secure place.

First thing first the staff are friendly and smiling, they were welling to happily help with everything.. the room is very clean

Hotel is ok, but if you want to sleep and rest avoid this hotel, traffic is to loud and it sounds like you are on a highway non stop. Would not recommend.

Everything was amazing, feels like home

1. The location was great as it's on the main road and easy to find. 2. Room was nice but air-conditioning (A/C) was very poor. Only hot air came out - this ruined everything no point having a nice room but no A/C. I requested to change rooms and was given another with a smaller bed size and the A/C was just as bad. Didn't bother to ask for another change since I was only staying for a night. TV remote was difficult to use (you had to switch between both to set your TV) and pressing a wrong button got everything mixed up. 3. On the plus side, the receptionist Ms Ayeisha went to great lengths to try to address my issues. She seemed to man the hotel alone, checking me in, taking me to my room, changing my room and even making phone calls to bus companies to to book tickets for me!

Otel konum itibarıyla mükemmel diyebiliriz, şehrin tam merkezînde. Çalışanları güler yüzlü ve ilgili, kahvaltısı yıldız sayısıyla kıyaslandığında fazlasıyla övgü hak ediyor.

Hôtel très sympathique, bon petit déjeuner, personnel très gentil, et situé sur une avenue animée avec plein de commerces et cafés.

Odamız güzel ve temizdi. Ama odanın kliması bozuktu, resepsiyona bilgi verdiğimizde, açık tutun ara ara bızulup düzelebiliyor dediler ama sabaha kadar çalışmadı. Odamızı değişme konusunda da bir öneri sunmadılar. Sabaha kadar klimasız çok sıcaktı camları açtığımız için de yoldan araba gürültüsü ile asla uyuyamadım.

Çalışanlar ilgili ve hoş görüllerdi

Aydın merkezde bulabileceğimiz en iyi otellerdendi. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi hepsine çok teşekkür ederiz. Otel odalası ortalamaydı ama banyo eskiydi ve bu yüzden çok temiz hissettirmiyordu. Konumu çok iyi, alt katında kafesi var. Teşekkürler.

Otel personeli çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Otelin yeri güzel… Memnun ayrıldık otelden. Biraz daha temizliğe özen gösterilse iyi olur. Banyo çok küçük ve konforlu değil.

Müthiş gürültülüydü ve uyuyamadım. Her daldığımda başka bir ses ile uyandım. Onun dışında çalışanlar gayet güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı.

Otel konum itibari ile güzel bir yerde cadde üzerinde bir çok yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz arka sokakta bir açık otoparki bulunuyor ve ücretsiz* Giriş katta cafesi var otel müşterileri dışında da kullanılabiliyor kahveleri güzel otel ve kahve dükkanı çalışanları güler yüzlü* Eksikleri bence* oda kapıları güven vermiyor normalde ağır ve banka kapısı gibi olan kapılara alışık olduğum içindir belki de bilmiyorum kendi düşüncem bu tabi* Yatak yastıkları ve yorgan takımları güzel değil bunlar dışında fiyat bakımından uygun ama bu iki şey değişirse kalite çok fark ettirir eminim... 7.katın bir üstünde teras da kahvaltı veriliyor ama ben kullanmadım dışarıda kahvaltı yapmıştım Genel olarak memnun kaldım teşekkürler...

Duş alanı aşırı küçük çift kişilik odada sadece bir tane sandalye vardı . Masa çok küçüktü. Yatakta yemek yemek zorunda kaldık. Çalışanlar iyiydi. Temizlik güzeldi .

The service was great. The only thing that was annoying was thatni had to activate the key card for my room every day at the reception before i went in. It would be nice to skip the reception and go straight to my room.
