Great location, service, and convinience.

Amazing place, superb staff

The staff were outstanding. They contacted us several times to see if there was anything they could do for us. They were very attentive to our needs and wants. Great job!

Staff very nice and professional

The hotel is great, loved the breakfast’s buffet that included a la carte too. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is really well located. Loved the snack and tea table, it was a nice thing to have at the end of the day. The only part that I did not like was the detergent they use to wash the sheets I guess or the spray they use to “refresh” the room, it has a strong synthetic fragrance that lingered on my clothes during the day. If you like Downy or Farnese then you would not have a problem with that. My nose might be too sensitive.

Loved the location. The staff were polite but not overly friendly. I wish they were more friendly.

The room was spacious the location was amazing could walk to so many sites and shopping. The concierge staff was so helpful and friendly and the barista in the morning at the coffee shop became a friend. A very excellent stay.

The location is timeless

The hotel is at a perfect location to see all the sights.

The staff was amazing overall. From front desk to housekeeping they met all of our needs. The location was great too. In a very popular area of the city with great food.

The Hyatt Centric Madrid is a pet-friendly hotel, but we were unaware of this until our arrival. Upon entering our room, we noticed a strong odor resembling dog urine. We brought this to the attention of the concierge, who suggested we go for lunch to give them time to clean the room. However, when we returned three hours later, we were informed that no cleaning had taken place because there team did not noticed any foul smell. I explained that they might not have noticed the smell because they had become accustomed to it. Overall, we found the hospitality training of the staff to be lacking.

Perfect location

Located in the heart of the city. Lots of dining options in walking distance. Food and coffee in the cafe on the first floor were excellent.

Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants on the same busy street. Comfortable hotel room. Fast WiFi and comfortable king size bed.
