I booked a pool villa and didn't dare to touch the pool. The water is murky, the pool is dirty. The room walls have peeling paint. The TV remote doesn't work. The technician came to change the batteries. The TV is also stupid. I couldn't turn it off until I had to unplug it. The door has only patches. As for breakfast, it used to be much better. This time, the food is not as diverse as before. The quality of the food is disappointing. There aren't enough plates. The food isn't refilled. I'd like to tell the management to improve it urgently.

The pool in the room is quite dirty with all the leaves in the pool. I hope the Manager or Director should be more aware of this. Very disappointed.
