The air conditioning was near impossible to get to work. The dial just rotated and the temperature would do what it wanted. The bed side light did not work and the hand wash was not restocked. There was a loose socket in the corridor with visible wires. I found dirty cutlery and plates in the racks at breakfast and cereal was not restocked. It’s the second time I have been bitten by a spider at a hotel b&b. Location was great and it would not put me off visiting another hotel b&b.

Value for money! Basic travel needs are met and comfort needs especially are met. Highly recommend this hotel. Easy access to attractions in Lyon. Breakfast and reception staff are courteous and friendly

Hotel is in a good location close to transit and very quiet. We found it all functional and clean.

Great location, up to date property, supports parking but not for larger vehicles, 24 hour desk claim proved to be a bit off as I had to bang on doors to awake someone to let me out of the garage at 5AM to make our flight.

Relatively good location in terms of public transportation. Friendly at check in. Poor room service. Sometimes paper cups and sometimes not. Same with toilet paper and towels and once cleaning product left on n bathroom. Had a triple room that was stuffy. Had to open the window at night but quiet streets.

Excellent property. I recommend. The area- not that good. Homeless people sleeping around the corner. Smell of urine prevalent. Might get robbed in the small hours of the night

Room was clean and quiet, but very small (economy-sized) room. Would likely stay here again, if on a budget.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the Perrache train station and the city center. We chose it because of the affordable price and the proximity to the river cruise dock, Quai Claude Bernard. The breakfast was good. Room amenities are basic. The hotel is quiet and has an elevator. There is a TV with news in the dining area. Staff were mostly helpful.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Building in slight disrepair and the beds were very hard. The bed also made a loud noise every time you moved, so it woke us up a fre times thought the night if we rolled over.

the guy at reception let us drop our bags earlier and we went back a couple of hours later and checked in, not the friendliest but ok, we could use the hot water in the coffee machine to cups of tea but we didn’t want breakfast as we ate out every day. Beds were comfy, shower was good, only issue I’d say is turn your heating down a bit in the breakfast area, it’s far too hot, you are eco friendly with the signs saying save water etc but then the heating is way higher than it needs to be. Loved my stay here so would stay here again

Arrived late as flight was delayed. Coffee machine not working and no facilities for anything to eat or drink.
