We were blown away by how chic this hotel was! All the staff were dressed stylishly, and the vibe of the hotel 's decoration and architecture were undeniably charming. What won us over about OMO7 was the little luxurious touches, like welcome drinks upon check-in, free nightly drinks at the cafe, a freezer for fruit-flavoured popsicles at the shared bath lounge etc. — all of these made the experience much more special. Highly recommend!

Recommend this hotel for a great family vacation! The breakfast was incredibly tasty and the sauna facilities were superb.

room was great... but receptionist was the worst, kept calling since 10.30 and warned us if check out late then will charge!! end up checking out only 5 mins late and still charged us 1,650yen, but we argued then didn't pay. it was an unpleasant ending for the stay at this hotel... also cafe staff was rude and forceful... they need to train staff hospitality badly, for such high hotel group chain in japan.
