The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and we did not sleep well.

Great breakfast for the price paid. Great service.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Booked at very short notice and we were travelling with a dog, which wasn't a problem. Check in was perfect and efficient, room was a good size and very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant, buffet which was perfectly decent. It is in a quiet area away from the city, which is what we wanted as it provided a peaceful night. Would recommend this hotel.

Great bunch of guys that run the hotel, nothing to much bother for them. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Frankfurt.

Nice welcome when I arrived at hotel. Good reception staff who were helpful during my week long stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Everything is spot on. Huge and spacey room. Excellent staff. Lots of parking spaces.

The room was nice and newly redone and no complaints. Breakfast is very good. Good value for money. Wifi was awful, really awful in the room, which is strange for a business type hotel. Good access by car to Frankfurt city, Airport and others. But nothing interesting around.

No air con just a hole in the wall in the middle of a refit in reception

Kurztrip mit der Familie. Wir hatten ein geräumiges 4-Bett-Zimmer. Mehr Platz, als erwartet, sehr guter Zustand und sehr gute Ausstattung. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis das Beste, was wir in den letzten Jahren hatten. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Servicepersonal, an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Wermutstropfen: Das digitale Einchecken mit Vorabangabe von Adresse und Reisenden mit anschließend bereitgestelltem QR Code war leider überflüssig. Vor Ort alles wie immer: Name nennen, Papier ausfüllen. Das digitale Auschecken habe ich mir dasnn geschenkt. Da sollte noch dran gearbeitet werden. Das geht aber an die Kette, nicht an das Hotel vor Ort.

Et rigtig fint sted

En las dos noches que estuvimos, ni hicieron las camas ni limpiaron ni nos cambiaron las toallas. Cogimos habitación familiar con para tres adultos y un menor y nos pusieron en una con dos camas individual y un plegatin.

Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr gut. Alles sonst auch.

Nice modern style hotel, perfect for traveling by car to Frankfurt and around. Airconditioning, the size of the room, and the bathroom are all very good. The location is close to the river and is quiet, ideal for a good night sleep! Breakfast is good; dinner at the hotelrestaurant is not quite ‘haute cuisine’ but is ok.

Die Räume waren in Sachen Sauberkeit okay, jedoch sind diese sehr hellhörig. Man hört vieles aus dem Nachbarzimmer oder aus dem Flur. Das Frühstück war sehr sparsam, sehr wenig Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
