For the price we paid for was very worth it. We needed something close to Pepsi Center and this hotel this it’s job. Room was very clean, Breakfast was very good too, with a variety to choose from. Morning shift were very kind and professional. Afternoon/ night shift not so much… one of the nights we wanted to try out it’s restaurant and bar, but once we entered we were greeted by the bartender who was dying her hair… we sat down but then we immediately left because the smell of the chemicals of her hair were really stinking up the place :( very unprofessional. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but just because of this incident I can’t.

Hotel Bonn's rooms are comfortable, clean, modern, nicely lit with thoughtful amenities such as hairdryer and iron the TV has Netflix and Amazon, perfect for relaxing in a comfortable bed after enjoying Mexico City to its fullest. Good value for money especially with breakfast included and 2 pm checkout is appreciated.

I have stayed here multiple times. AC is cold, room service is great and outlets and more outlets. I always book the queen size which includes breakfast. Get there early or they run out of food. Ubers are easy to catch.. the community is Escandón, and is about 10 miles in any direction to popular tourist spots. I walk around the area and grab quick snacks or sweet bread. I loved coming back and my room is always clean and the hotel is also always clean. The staff is very friendly. Never have I run out of hot water. If you like to save a few bucks stay here. It is clean, safe and comfy. The bed could be a bit softer.. but other than that I will stay there again in the future.

The breakfast was great each day and it's not too far from the World Trade Center or the airport maybe 20 minutes. In CDMX everything seems far. The front desk guys and lady serving drinks seemed as if they hated life. The rooms are small but cozy and it's quite quiet for the location. Plenty of restaurants around and Uber eats rappi deliver food as well. It's cheap hot water just wish they had better Internet.

A variety of evolving menu for breakfast, although in general more for adults in a shorter term stay situation.

I didnt the bedside lamp attached to the headbord. I hit my arm against it too many times. Shower water handles are behind inward swing door.

My stay was ok

This was a pre paid reservation 4 days and upon check-in they asked us to pay the Expedia commission , which should be er be charged to the customer. . Then when asked, they told Expedia that I showed up with 6 people to justify their extra cost. I don't recommend this establishment. This has never happened to me in 20 years with Expedia. We had to go somewhere else. And pay again as this was pre paid.

Tuve una estancia bastante agradable, todo estuvo muy bien. Me gustó el desayuno buffet incluido.
