Roland was exceptional and approachable. The place is great and excellent if you are travelling with a family.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful host. Highly recommend! Great location for the beach, island hopping, food and general island stuff. It’s my third time on Mactan and this was by far my best experience apartment wise. Wonderfully helpful host. Easy to communicate with and tentative.

We were thoroughly impressed by this property’s breathtaking view and the exquisite decor which far exceeded our expectations. Among the Hotels and Condotels we’ve stayed at, this ONE stands out as one of the BEST. We would definitely stay here again. Roland’s communication skills are excellent and Thomas is a distinctive Character are awesome.

Spectacular ocean view in a very well appointed room, with nice kitchen, ample living space and a nice bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning was exceptional and very nice big screen TV. Host Roland is a class-act. Very helpful, communicative and accommodating. It is clear that her wants his guests to have a great vacation.

It was a decent stay but i heard rodents in the soffit of the ceiling running around often. The pool area is nice. The building has floods often but they clean up everyday.

It was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights wish we could have stayed longer.

Property as expected. Everyone enjoyed the stay although mine was shorter because of flight delays. Property for me was just a little difficult to get to but only because of current road construction going on. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to entertain larger group. 2 good sized rooms and 2 restrooms a plus for any family or group of people enjoying vacation. Thanks again Roland. FALSE ADVERTISING 1. The first picture of the pool overlooking the ocean is actually…not the hotel’s pool but the resort next door, and you need to pay P850 per person per day to access. 2. There is only ONE sun-bed for the whole pool area. We ended up not going there a single time. 3. We booked a room with 3 separate beds including 2 sofa beds. One of them was a super small and cheap foam sofa which we could not use. Turned out we had to pay extra to upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment (although it says on the website that they only have 2 bedroom apartments). 4. They advertise 3 restaurants on site, but there is no restaurant at all. You have to go to the resort next door if you want to eat. 5. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel. The whole area is full of detritus, rubbish and poverty, you basically stay next to a shanty town. You cannot walk around and need to use Grab to go anywhere. DO NOT STAY THERE.

It’s a nice old hotel. We knew there would likely be some bugs as it’s hard to avoid in the area. So we expected some bugs and were not surprised. The airport pick up was a really nice perk. The hotel has a few tours available for booking which is also very nice if available. It’s first come first serve. We booked the whale shark/waterfall tour on the first available date. Whale sharks were amazing! Waterfalls were dried up at this time but we were not informed of this until we had finished the whale shark adventure. We went to see monkeys instead which was alright. Pool is nice, we found it refreshing. There’s no restaurant, bar or cafe onsite. GRAB came in very handy for everything else. Also, there are 2 very nice hotels nearby with restaurants/cafes.

Love the ocean view from our bed room and lounge room balconies .Roland is an excellent host and communicator. Will definitely stay here again

It is a nice place to stay

Fantastic view from room of ocean and surround area. Easy parking on site. Great condo with good quality decor and furnishings, kitchen is nice with all needed items, nice TV's with Netflix.. high speed wifi. Everything worked and owner was very helpful and good communications. Overall an excellent choice. We will be back again.

Beautiful place close to airport. Outstanding pool and views of the ocean. Nice room.
