Nice check in personnel. EV charging complementary. Nicely appointed room with large bathroom. No breakfast which seems to almost be a norm nowadays but we didn’t mind.

Very convenient easy access

It was great. We will stay there again. I was not aware it was an Extended Stay hotel. So my review is mainly because we did not have the amenities we are used to.

The room was very large; more the size of a suite, with two queen size beds and a complete kitchen. The kitchen included everything needed for cooking and eating including a two burner range and a full size refrigerator. Now that I have discovered this hotel, I do not plan to stay in any other hotel or motel when I periodically travel to Elko, NV. Unlike other establishments that offer anything equivalent, this hotel is affordable.

Well maintained, clean and up to date. Geared for commercial workers so parking lot can be full but manageable. Reasonably priced and would stay there again.

We like away from busy freeways and trains. We also liked the kitchenette. It fit our liking even tho a short drive to the event.

This motel is in a convenient location for travel and is consistently excellent. Very roomy accommodations and a nice kitchen set-up. The only negative is that they have no breakfast available.

Great hotel with a mini kitchen, clean spacious rooms and good parking and access to the Freeway

I thought the facility was clean with convenient parking. It's also within a few minutes of the Elko Convention Center. The rooms are more like studio apartments. The refrigerators are full-sized. You need to know there aren't any stoves, but there are microwaves. The desk clerk let me know that the hotel had free washers and driers, but you need to bring your own soap. That would have been nice to know before I came. Other than that, the hotel was quiet, clean, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe.

Super clean and very nice accommodations.

Overall the hotel is reasonable. My biggest complaint is the WiFi was extremely weak and difficult to stay connected.

customer service was terrible im working here from out of town.My wife came over for the weekend i was working nights we had asked 2 days on advance to get a late chekout on su day no respone just a knock at the door at 1145 for chek out time

The kitchen was equipped with a full size fridge and ability to cook in. The bath towel were so plush and thick. The room was very clean. I loved that the table was big enough to sit at and eat, play games etc. There was plenty of seating options without having to use the bed.

I have been on the road for almost 2 weeks and this was by far the most comfortable place I’ve stayed.

Disappointed that there was no coffee or breakfast in the lobby.

We had a nice room with 2 queen beds & 2 chairs for reading which was nice. The beds were comfortable.
