We loved it. The condo was perfectly decorated, had everything we needed. The only problem was the slow elevator service. My grandchildren loved the pools and the beach.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Phoenix West II by Hosteeva (room 2301). The lazy river and water slide were the highlights for the kids, that and everything else were the highlights for the adults!

Fabulous condo in a great location. Had everything we needed. Beautiful view, huge bathrooms and bedrooms. Honestly, couldn't ask for anything more. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this property! And especially this unit. Would go back again anytime. The price is normally just too high. We were only able to go for few days.

Beautiful place! Our condos beds were squeaky all of them, there weren’t many kitchen utensils especially for children. The agitator on the washing machine was broke . Minor details that didn’t disrupt our stay too much. We plan to come back!

I didn't like that you have to pay to park. You already oaid a property fee and the cost to stay there.

The carpet was dirty. The property was being renovated.

This property was excellent!! The condo was perfect and in an excellent location. My family and I will definitely be staying here again! Communication from property could have been better , but overall the property it’s was absolutely amazing!!

Was told I didn’t need to check in. We were kicked out of the pool because we didn’t have armbands that are given when you check in at the front desk?!

There were several items broken when we arrived, very limited kitchen utensils, the carpet was really stained, the patio furniture wasn’t as pictured, the faucet sprayer was broken as well as parts of the refrigerator. The remote batteries for the tv in the master were not working! The unit did not meet my expectations as I have stayed at the Phoenix west II before.

Everything was wonderful, but the beds were AWFUL!

Very nice well kept place! Had a couple different minor issues with the room, but maintenance was there quick to take care of it each time. Would highly recommend, very nice place!

The condo was beautiful! The beach was beautiful! Our 1 night was perfect! I wished we could have stayed longer. It was a great place to spend Christmas Day.

We loved the updated furnishings and decor. The washer quit working while there. We had nine people in the condo so washing clothes was important. I called Hosteeva and the was a repairman within the hour to fix it. We were very pleased with that service. The fridge was missing some shelving. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the condo and all of the things to do outside!

Everything was perfect other than the beds and cookware available. Not comfortable with rolling sides and not enough larger cookware to prepare a meal.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 4 bath condo with a view of the gulf. It has a king bed in each of 2 rooms plus a bedroom with 2 queen beds. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a washer and drier in one bathroom. The master bath has a large jacuzzi tub , a double sink and separate large shower.there are televisions and dvd players are in each room plus wifi is included. Building has a very nice pool and lazy river outside. Indoor pool and hot tubs are downstairs. It is a short drive to the grocery store. You are only 15 minutes to Lamberts restaurant.The home of the thrower roll.
