It was a great stay. The breakfasts were wonderful and the staff were so nice.

The hotel has free excellent shuttle service between the hotel and the airport.

Had to find a place to stay after a missed connection. Was easy to book. Finding their free shuttle was a bit of a challenge but at least it was free. Room was nothing extravagant but I didn’t need it to be. Reason for loss of star is the incessant noise from cars honking, noise from floors above and in the hall. Made it difficult to rest.

Excelente service and clearness just be aware because of the traffic it takes at least 30-45min to get to and from the airport other than that excellent

This hotel appears to have been recently remodeled, offering clean and spacious rooms. The dining service was excellent, both for dinner and the complimentary breakfast. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The only downside was the shuttle service and the logistics from the new airport. We waited about 35 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, and it took another 35 minutes to reach the hotel (around 4:30 PM on a weekday) due to a one-way road between the airport and the hotel, which required a detour. On the way back to the airport at 5:00 AM, the trip took only 20 minutes, as we were able to book the shuttle in advance and there was no traffic. If you're considering staying near the airport for a late arrival or early departure, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for that purpose due to the potential transportation delays.

The rooms are nice with very comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very impressive with a great selection. I highly recommend.

Nice breakfast buffet! Convenient shuttle service.

The shuttle to the airport is convenient and easy (though takes a bit longer now that the entrance to the airport has moved -- not the hotel's fault). The breakfast was very good and the staff really went out of their way here. Bruno went out of his way to find gluten-free food for my group for those who needed it. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The room was excellent.

My gripe is that I booked a wake-up call and they didn’t ring me. I’d set a back up alarm on my phone so I did wake up, but it meant I didn’t have time for breakfast. I was pretty annoyed - it’s an airport hotel; calling folk to wake up should be routine. Everything else was fine. The restaurant staff were lovely and the food was better than I expected. Nice wine too. Massive room. You wouldn’t walk about the local area though. Shuttle easy although the journey from the airport felt long (one way system maybe?). The journey too the airport was a lot quicker! Good value for money

Good clean property. Comfortable sized rooms for a family of 4. Breakfast is good. Airport shuttle is convenient. I gave 1 star less as room description says stay for 4, they charged extra for 4th person but inside the room towels etc were given for only 3 people. Staff is friendly. Overall good place to stay for quick access to Lima airport.
