Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms and very friendly staff. Self serve laundry was a huge plus. Breakfast buffet had a little of options and was well stocked. We enjoyed our two nights here and would return to the same hotel if ever back in Yakushima.

Local Bus can bring you directly to the hotel, easy access. Hotel with nice sea view and can see stars st night. Staff are nice and room is clean.

JR Hotel exceeded all of my and my husband's expectations. From the moment we arrived, staff were incredibly helpful and patient. They escorted us to our room and in detail explained the onsen process and all of the amenities in the room and throughout the resort. The morning we left, the front desk staff loaded all of our bags onto the public bus for us. Truly top notch service. The breakfast was a large buffet of both Japanese and Western options, and dinner was delicious although it was honestly probably too much food! The onsen is small but a nice touch for a hotel, and feels great after a long day of hiking. The hotel's gift shop was also impressive; we purchased several gifts to bring back to the states. Last but not least, the view from our room was absolutely stunning. It felt like we were on a cruise ship because the hotel is right along the coast and all you see from your room is water. Overall a wonderful experience; you will not regret staying here.

We loved the hotel. Comfortable beds, courteous staff, (nude) onsen (men and women separated but young kids of both genders can come in with one parent), food delicious. The only minor issue is that you have to decide in advance at what time you would like to have dinner and what you are going to eat (I guess that they want to make sure that they have enough tables and that the food you like is available). Not close to some of the hiking places but the fantastic natural onsen at the ocean that is only accessible at low tide is only about 1500 ¥ away by taxi.

念願の屋久島旅行で２泊しました。食事はバイキングですが、ライブキッチンもあり、どれも大変美味しく、ついつい食べ過ぎになりました。温泉はトロっとした泉質で美肌にすごく良い感じで、縄文杉トレッキングツアー後の身体わ、癒やしてくれました。今まで行った温泉では最高の一つと言えます。食事もそうです。スタッフさんも親切でアメニティの予備も準備していただき、感謝してます。ありがとうございました。機会があれば、また宿泊したです。

スタッフはどの方も皆さん親切で笑顔溢れ気分良く滞在出来ました。部屋からの眺めも素晴らしく、リゾート気分をを盛り上げてくれます。 特にこちらの温泉は無臭でトロリとしていて、まるでベールを纏ったような肌になりました。また遥か彼方まで続く水平線を眺めながらゆっくりと湯に浸かる時間は最高でした。

ブッフェが品数多く、ピザ、パスタ、肉魚料理などのあたたかい料理が特に美味しく、食べ過ぎてしまう位だった。 ベッドは高級で、枕は硬い枕と柔らかい枕の2種類用意してあり、快適だった。

座ってチェックイン手続きが出来、快適な上にスタッフが気さくで優しく気配りもあり。 食事が朝晩予約なしで自由な時間に行けて 良かった。リラックス感倍増。

窓からの景色は海と空が広がって素晴らしいです 温泉はツルツルになります 送迎バスは無く、タクシーだと送迎料金が高いです 空港までバスを利用しました

ちょうど良いサイズのホテルです 移動のストレスがありません モダンな内装で落ち着きます 部屋着も快適でした 食事は洋食中心かなぁ 全体に薄味です ライブ調理してくれるので出来たてが頂けます １つ気になったのが大浴場の椅子が高く洗面器 を置く台とのバランスが悪くとても使い辛かった　逆に化粧台の椅子が低く化粧台が使いにくい 全体に配慮されていただけにとても気になりました

改装されて１年との事で、とても綺麗なお部屋でしたし、温泉もかつてないほどぬるっとした美容液に浸かっているかのようなお湯で大変リラックスできました。又朝食のビュッフェは数も豊富で屋久島や鹿児島の名産を十分に楽しむ事が出来ましたし、なんと言っても美しい海を堪能できる素晴らしいロケーションです。正直少し古臭いホテルかとあまり期待していませんでしたが全然そんな事はなく、次回も必ず泊まりたいホテルになりました。オシャレスポットがあまりない屋久島で、リゾート感も楽しみつつ、お手頃な値段を求めている方にはぴったりだと思います。Aコープが近いのも安心でした。

Superbe hôtel idéalement situé à Yakushima. Une chambre superbe avec vue sur l'océan, un personnel attentionné et un onsen extérieur magique avec vue sur l'océan. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est de très grande qualité, ce qui est rare pour un restaurant avec buffets.

屋久島来ることがあれば次も宿泊したいです

Quite and nice environment with beautiful looks of the sea. Rental car is recommended to get around the island to the different points of interest. Good breakfast and dinner - professional chef
