Very friendly host and collaborative. Not perfect. But we had lovely staying with complete amenities provided. Most of all, the strategic place is strongest reason why you need to stay here. You can go Suria KLCC, Pavilion on walk. Awesome! Definitely will stay here again when go to KL

1. We must pay additional fee for RM 80 per 2 nights without proof of payment. 2. There are no additional mineral water, coffee, tea and sugar for day two. 3. There is no room cleaning for day 2. 4. There is no TV Channel for 2 days we stay. 5. There is slow internet connection.

We really enjoyed our stay for 2 nights at Park view Residence suite . The building was really strategic, close to common place ,easy to get some food , the room was clean ,quite and room was spacious with full utility , its really worth it with that price. Will deffinitely come back again next time.

Still added money 20 rm also the room smells old and the AC also smells old.

It was a old building and not in good maintenance. Make me upset was no packing lot and hidden cost when check in . When midnight it was quit noise from main road.

Don't ever stay here, the environment is quiet. And the time comes we must add 70RM costs. The cost is very expensive and not appropriate. Especially in Malaysia, cheap hotels and can eat. Anyway, the reviews about the park view are really bad I really regret not listening to the reviews. thanks. Create an online agent as a facilitation, please, if there are additional costs in big bold, don't write this small, making consumers fooled.

Why collect an extra RM 60 extra money for cleaning in addition to the tax, when we arrived without a front desk, we had to find the front desk by ourselves, forcing us to check out 11am. The room was very bad for the price (1,040,000 VND total and then was in the pigsty, it was not a great experience).

We stayed here for 6 nights, accommodation in the room was very complete, there was an electric stove, hot water too, washing machine plus washing soap, fridge, the air conditioner was really cold, the bathroom was clean there was soap, shampoo, clean towels and hot water too, TV with netplik, smooth Wifinya glorious and incredible views. Receptionist and security are friendly, even though we check in late at night. There are swimming pool, gym and sauna facilities that can be used. The place is clean plus there are suggestions, please provide scale for bags for tourists like us. For its strategic location, it is very close to the twin towers, if the tower, where to eat, to the Mall of Syria and also close to the bus stop when going (up from the life center and if you get off at the Rohas tower) free transportation facilities if (there are 4 types), ( Green, blue, purple and red line) The owner is very fast response and friendly needs attention and reading culture. There is an additional fee for per stay at the beginning we have to pay 60 ringgit for cleaning after we check-out and 10 ringgit / day tourism taxi. For me it is quite reasonable with the facilities we get. If I go to KLbakal, stay here again. thanks.

For okay view and okay room. It's just that the bed linen in the cupboard smells and pillows like not washed and others. We have already paid for cleaning apart rm 60 and tax rm 10. For strategic, it is very good.

There's cockroaches at the kitchen, a little bit dusty... The room feels like long time nobody stay there...

The location is very strategic, only takes 5 minutes to the twin towers. Mr. Wong (onwer) on was very kind and responded quickly, he was very friendly and polite. The check-in and check-out process is very smooth, no problems at all. Complete furniture like at home. Definitely will come back here again :)

Just what else is suitable for the family

Stay was fine just bit upset private parking surcharge +RM 15 per day and located in front of the lobby. Not under the roof. Stated no policy in property details however upon completed the payment , your voucher will state +RM 300 for deposit, +RM 60 for cleaning fee per stay etc. Example if 1 night stay is RM 190 , the actual rate inc parking will be at RM 265 in total. Yet we paid for 2 nights. Also paid for Suite but given Standard Superior. OMG. Also called more than 07 times yet no one pick up. My husband was totally pissed with the attitude + as we did run multiple homestay in Malaysia & Singapore as well which far away luxurious hence we never had hidden charges. This is so called as Unfair Business Practice and may be cited as the Minor Offences Act and against Consumer Protection Act 1999. Do fix this glitch as mentioned earlier.

The rooms are finished and the service is good.

Cheap apartments with cleanliness are quite clean, and have good views and are located in the middle of the city.

I have stayed in various types of serviced apartments, but the KLCC Parkview Residence Suites is one of the awesome ones. It's truly worth the money you spend on accommodation. My family and I (three of us) got a suite on the 32nd floor, with a breath-taking view from wide glass windows. It's amazing, indeed. Highly Recommended!
