Ecellent property with excellent food. A rear combination. And what to tell about the staff. From the managers to tue waiters and waitresses all are so very humble. Especially in the restaurant during breakfast Ms. Rajiya Begum was too good. Very active, helpful and humble. I really liked the way she did her job and very polite. Hats off to hotel Naveen for horing such excellent staff. During Lunch Ms Saraswati was really good. Whatever instructiins were provided to her for tue food were followed welll and our lunch experience becase one of the best experiences. We enjoyed our lunch too much... 5 starts to the Hotel, Ambience, Staff and Food. One important mention for the chaff Mr. R K His food was rrallly tasty. Will surely visit again.....Thanks Hotel Naveen for this wonderful stay.

It was a great experience at Hotel Naveen Lakeside, Hubballi. Super food and amazing hospitality! Mr. Patra (Chef) personally attended our table and served dishes exactly as per our requirements. The food was absolutely yum yum yummy! I would definitely suggest everyone visit this place not only for the delicious food but also to enjoy such a wonderful property and ambience. Though the service was a bit slow, Captain Manjunath was super fast, very cooperative, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout our visit. Special mention for Saraswati who served us with always smile on her face Highly recommended!

It was awesome wonderful stay at Hotel Naveen lakeside for 4 days. All staff are polite , attentive and helpful. Pleasure to visit again and again. Especially thanks to Ms. Saraswati Bijapur for wonderful support at restaurant. She was very attentive , polite and having helping nature. She is best to support customers. Thank you .

"Stay away from Hotel Naveen. My experience was a nightmare. ​"Unsafe" –the security staff is untrained and aggressive; security outside reception entrance, harassed my invited guests and my assistant, who is a senior citizen lady–questioning their right to be on the property in very disrespectful manner. ​"Total Failure" - , Housekeeping is the worst I've seen in a 5-star hotel. The rooms are not maintained, requests for basic items are ignored for hours, and the cleanliness is sub-standard. Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness and professional service. The room feels neglected. Smelly carpet/bed/towel ​"Unresponsiveness: "I called housekeeping three times for basic essentials (water, towel etc) each time I was ignored or told it would arrive in 5 minutes, I ended up waiting over an hour." ​Management seems totally indifferent to guest safety and comfort. This is not hospitality; it is total lack of respect for paying customers and senior citizens alike. I will never return."
