Perfect host. Couldn’t be any happier.

My room was clean and a good size. It had a small fridge and tea / coffee making facilities. The best aspects of this hotel were the location, easy access to the hotel with individual code and the host/ owner. The owner went out of his way to help and I was able to leave my case in the room all day and pick it up on the ground floor.

The property and rooms were very clean. The owners were very nice and provided a gluten free breakfast for my husband. (GF dedicated toaster). The area was great to wander and shop.

There was no one at the hotel, I was just sent a code and the room number, and I was not informed about this until the day I checked in (so when I could no longer cancel the reservation). One of the reasons to stay at a hotel is because there is someone there to help navigate the local area. And the person I spoke to via the intercom was neither friendly nor helpful. The room was nice, even if it was three flights up (no elevator).

After spending one night in a local outdated, smelly military lodging facility with no AC, I had to find better accommodations for my wife and I. Hotel H.E.Y.M.A.N.N was conveniently located for my business, located in downtown Kaiserslautern near great restaurants and sights, immaculately clean and organized and had AC to keep us very comfortable throughout our visit. The continental breakfast each morning was great and very fulfilling to start our days. The secure parking was also an added comfort. The proprietors were very welcoming and willing to assist us. If we make another trip to this area of Germany, we will definitely stay here again and recommend this to all travelers!

A nice quiet hotel in the centre of town. Loads of shops, restaurants and sights near by. The Japanese garden is just five minutes away. And the train station is only 15 minutes walk. The owner was very friendly and helpful, providing restaurant suggestions and places to visit.

This is lovely hotel which was recently renovated. Not only was it attractive and comfortable but there were many little extras...fresh fruit in the room, slippers and robes. The breakfast (an add-on) was huge and had such a nice variety of typical German things. They also made "American-sized" cappuccinos which i appreciated :-) There is not enough parking for every guest (so book in advance)but there was public parking just a short walk from hotel. The only "con" I can think of is the stairs. There is no elevator, but the owners were so sweet to offer to help us with our bags. I would absolutely stay here again. It was wonderful.

This was a lovely, modern and clean hotel perfectly located across from the mall and within walking distance from everything I wanted to do in Kaiserslautern. The owner and staff were kind and helpful. I will certainly stay here again whenever I return to Kaiserslautern.

Fantastic Stay. Friendly owners and very helpful. Located in Downtown next to a mall. Walking distance to everything Downtown. Very Comfortable Bed, Pillows, Comforter. Most comfortable hotel stay i have had in Germany. Better than any francise hotels. When I comeback to Kaiserslautern, this is where I will stay from now on.

It was close to mall and within walking distance to most spots within K-Town

I showed up late to check in.. had the key and everything waiting on me . Service was good and very nice hotel.

Although the hotel was compactly stuck in a line of buildings, the rooms were spacious yet they kept the total room count very low. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with ample amount of room to access suitcases, drawers, mirrors, etc. The bathrooms are spacious by comparison to other hotels in Germany. At breakfast the hosts go out of their way to impress with a variety of choices of food. If driving to this hotel, there is a locked garage for parking with room for only 6 vehicles. The location of the hotel leaves one within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, entertainment and if the timing is right, the Christmas markets. We had an outstanding time here and will return to this location in the future! If I could rate the hotel higher than five stars I would, it deserves it!
