Nice location friendly staff

This isn’t a hotel, it’s part of an old building. if you get a room and balcony it’s very nice but others you could be looking at a wall. 10-15 minutes walk to the cathedral, lots of bars and restaurants on route.

Staff was amazing, went out of their way to help in so many ways. Best hotel staff experiences I’ve ever had.

We stayed in the quad room with our 2 kids and ir was a nice big space and beautifully decorated. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tiny elevator and room on the 4th floor but we got good exercise.

The stay was very pleasant. The room was very clean and everything were functioning well. No noises were coming from other rooms. The front desk people and other staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient, walkable to many main points of interest in Barcelona. Definitely can recommend this place!

Room was much smaller than depicted in photos. Very difficult for family of 4. Bathroom was older and not as clean as expected.

The property is in a great location and has many walkable areas to see. Just one down side is that in the late evening there are many loud noises (not the hotels fault) just being a part of the location in the city.

Great location! A few more steps than the average hotel and no way to keep luggage after checkout but overall great!

Easy to use, friendly staff.

A nice, no-frills b&b near Arc d'Triomf. The neighborhood has plenty of food options, and is centrally located to the metro. Stayed in the 1b room, which is understandbly a bit squeezed, but it was more than fine for my needs. Nice shower/bathroom. The only true issue is that the hall and stairwell are quite echoey and can be loud when people are chatting outside your door or are opening/closing the doors to their rooms. Fortunately, this wasn't an all-night issue, but I was awakened 3 times. Not sure there is much that can be done except asking guests to be quiet and mindful.

The most charming and quaint boutique hotel i have been in. The front desk attendants were all so friendly and helpful.

Smelled weird in the bathroom, probably because of the air conditioning. A lot of noise early in the morning or late at night by the other costumers or by the staff members. The room are not really isolated and the fact that their is no door separating the entry desk from the rooms amplified the inconvenience.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Infelizmente foi muito ruim, o quarto tinha uma janela que dava para parede, totalmente escuro e claustrofóbico. Não havia nenhum copo ou mesa no quarto e não havia lixo, apenas no banheiro. Não tinha como manter o quarto organizado e tudo que pedíamos achavam alguma desculpa por não ter, o copo por exemplo falaram que era para evitar o COVID, e não tinha nenhum no hotel inteiro para nos oferecer. O chuveiro do banheiro estava danificado e o recepcionista disse que tinha alguns quebrados e pronto, perguntamos o que seria feito e a resposta que estavam quebrados e pronto. O lugar que pedimos para aquecer o alimento era um depósito largado. As fotos não condizem em nada com o que vão te oferecer, fotos e avaliações são lindas mas digo que não é a realidade e isso será determinante para atrapalhar toda sua estadia em Barcelona.

This is a comfortable but basic place. The rooms are on the 4th floor of a multi use block. The lift is small and if you have mobility issues; this probably won't suit you. On arrival, I received a friendly welcome from the receptionist The room itself while not the biggest, was perfectly good for my needs on this visit. There is quite a bit of noise from the floor above and from adjoining rooms; so if you have trouble sleeping, bring earplugs. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops within easy reach and the excellent transport system is only a few minutes walk away with Metro stations and bus stops within easy reach. Taxis and Uber are also plentiful. If you are looking for a good value bed for the night to explore what Barcelona has to offer; then this place is a good call. I'd happily stay here again.
