The location in close proximity to Ypres and war museums was very useful for us.

attached room, separate entrance, good location but address was not on the GPS in my car rental which might make night location difficult

The owners of B&B Laurus were absolutely wonderful people. They were both friendly, and even took the time to print out some info on places they thought I should visit, when they found out I was there to visit historic WW1 sites. The room was perfectly clean, and was very comfortable! I'm a little jealous of the bathroom, as it is nicer than mine at home... : ) It was so nice to wake up with a view of the Belgian countryside. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, bread, eggs... I would recommend this to anyone visiting the Iepers area, and would also recommend it to anyone looking for an idea for a very relaxing vacation. This was a lovely place to stay. Laurus and his wife were wonderful people and very accommodating. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast (included with our cost) was delicious and filling. Laurus went out of his way to make us scrambled eggs in the morning. Parking was easy as we had a rental car.

Very nicely decorated room with a very comfy bed. Free parking and very nice breakfast. Tea and coffee making available in the room. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the battlefields area. We did have a little trouble finding the place as our TomTom didn't recognise the house number - but that's probably down to our sat nav! A phone call to the owner sorted the problem.
