Very nice property and able to rest at night. Beds were clean and comfortable. Overall a great experience.

Very quiet, sound-proof rooms. Excellent staff.

I have stayed here before without problems. This time i was given a room were the bathroom had bad or broken seal and it stunk. Changed room but noise from a nightclub below was incessant untill 6AM. Service is great, restaurant could use some nicer pastries. They used to have fresh croissants and pastry at the bar, near the espresso macjine, not anymore

Excellent hotel

It's a nice hotel with good facilities. I especially loved the 24 hour restaurant on the ground floor and the hotel gym. It's a solid choice if you want a comfortable stay in Puebla.
