Location is perfect if you guys want to go to other parts of Tokyo since it's near to Shin Osaka station which gives access to plenty of station lines and shinkansen. Staffs are friendly and helpful, even helped us for luggage transport to Narita airport through Yamato transport in the lobby. Room size relatively comfortable for hotels in Tokyo and got all necessary amenities in our room with daily resupply of fresh towels, yukatas and amenities.

not the closest hotel to Shin Osaka station but within walking distance. The hotel is near JR using front entrance. It is even closer to Midosuji line exit 7. If I am back to Osaka again, I will stay near Shin Osaka station again and APA hotel will be among the choices.

Advantages near the train station. Convenient transportation near 7-11 and family. There are restaurants near the accommodation. Cons Air not cool, need to open the window to get air from outside. Good to go in winter
