Realmente fue una muy mala experiencia, no había agua, se fue la luz constantemente, el internet estaba súper inestable y se suponía que era para trabajar

Your pictures of the hotel show a nice building. The room had no windows and no A/C , it was hot and stuffy ! We asked for bottled water , they said we could buy it across the street ! How cheap can you get. I definitely would not recommend this property to anyone !

Es un hotel con pésimas prestaciones está súper caliente las habitaciones. El ventilador que te ponen no sirve para nada hace demasiado ruido y aparte de mal servicio no tienen lo que prometen. No se los recomiendo. No van aguantar la calor en las habitaciones

Está súper cerca del zócalo de puebla a una cuadra. El personal que me tocó fue algo hostil, pero ya pidiendo las cosas te resuelven

No tienen shampoo ni jabon. Y el gerente es un muy mal administrador

My experience at Hotel Gala was very bad. The service at the front desk was poor, there was no hot water to take a shower, and there were no bottled waters provided in the rooms. I went downstairs to ask if they could give me a bottle of water and they said no. They showed me where I could get water, and when I asked for a cup, they told me I had to bring my own. My stay at Hotel Gala was very unpleasant.

La habitacion estaba sucia,quisimos desayunar y dolo tenian unos cuantos platillos disponibles tambien tubimos problemas con el inodoro no bajaba agua y ya para salir nadie me ayudo con mis maletas la receptionist fue muy grosera,, no vuelvo a regresar mucho menos lo recomendaria

Toilet running but amazing place & location

Excellent staff. A very poor breakfast. One piece of toast & 4 slides of orange. Amazing view from deck on roof. No elevator so being your own to carry your bags up & down the different floors. Very clean. Toilet tank water valve broken. I instructed them to fix it once I check out. I am living with it.

I was disappointed to find that the room was advertised as having air conditioning, but there was none. Additionally, the shower experience was not satisfactory, as there was barely any hot water available

Excellent service from everyone (Manager, Receptionists, Concierge, cleaning service) and the hotel were very clean and pretty.

The sound insulation of the room is very poor. I could hear the snoring from the neighboring room, and at 4 a.m., people were laughing and talking loudly, but no one managed the situation.
