Great location, without any doubt. The approval process was ridiculously complex though. Seriously, it made me feel like I was getting involved with a scam.

Check-in was awkward as I was emailed instructions for finding a lockbox with the key inside. Originally someone was going to meet me, but I was told they couldn't make it. That alone was very awkward, having to meet someone to stay in, what I originally thought was a hotel. But the place was nice and quiet and comfortable. I did have to pay a $200 CAD deposit outside of Expedia, which I was not comfortable with. I hope I get it back as I left the flat exactly how I found it.

When I booked the place, I thought It was an aparthotel because that was the category the property is under on expedia. Please note this is not an aparthotel with any reception desk or room service. This is a bnb where you have to meet up with someone outside of the building to get the physical key. There is no room service even though it is stated there is in the description. The room was given us with broken floor from water damage. It was a safety hazard because we constantly trip over it. The location is great though where it is right above the PATH. You are access pretty much everywhere around the subway without getting outside. Would recommend for people with budget. But if you are expecting aparthotel with hotel services, this is not the right selection.

This was truly a gorgeous apartment in the centre of Toronto. Our family group of 4 stayed there for a week. It was well-furnished and stocked with all the essentials one could need. The one-block walk to the waterfront and to Union Station was a great advantage for getting around and the underground connection to an excellent supermarket (Longos) was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto.

The building is in a great location but unfortunately not very well kept. Many lights were burnt out the showers had black mold in them, doors and windows didn't fully close, mattress covers (which I saw upon removing sheets on check out) were covered in hair and dirt and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The most dangerous part was the flooring which was heaving so badly that you would repetitively stub/cut your feet. Please note that there are not blackout curtains, a real ironing board or other items that were listed (like garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, toaster etc).

Have stayed in several apartments in the Toronto area, this one was not that great. The bedrooms are very plain/bare, cheap low-grade furnishings, no extra supplies (i.e. paper towels), carpets are dirty, bathroom dirty in corners, blinds missing pieces, one of the toilets not working. Other than the view, the place has a feel of a low-budget hotel. Definitely NOT worth the price compared to other places. The other thing to note is the pre-check-in and check in process. Pre check in, they needed a pic of not only my ID, but a selfie of me holding my ID which is odd; had to ask multiple times to try and get early check-in, which shouldn't have been an issue because check out is at 11:00 and they claim they clean the place immediately after. The day we were going to arrive they agreed to an hour earlier than normal check-in of 3:00 (btw, they were there to clean a little before our 11:00 check-out, but we were leaving as they were coming in). On the way there, called 30 minutes ahead like we were told to so we could meet on time, we arrived EXACTLY on time, waited almost 20 minutes in front of a sports bar to meet our guy to get us in (had to text and call before the guy showed up and then he had to ride in the car with us (???) to show us how to get in the garage). Would not stay here again.
