Loved loved this hotel. Great location- close to everything. Hotel had champagne waiting in our room which was a very nice surprise. Gave 2 samples of port wine another day in the room waiting. Breakfast ( which was included also) had a great variety of options. Hotel also offered free walking tour with a free drink after in their bar!! Would recommend this hotel:)

Excellent location and facilities,although room a little small. Staff and manager excellent. Breakfast very good apart from scrambled eggs which were watery and not always warm.

Wonderful service

This is a fabulous hotel. It’s spotlessly clean, the bedroom was lovely, the breakfast incredible and the staff are amazing, so helpful and attentive. The Guest Service Manager, Pedro Falcao, was sensational. I have never been to a hotel where someone goes out of their way so much to be helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Pedro is an outstanding advert for an outstanding hotel. Highly recommended!

Nice. Really enjoy it

We travelled to several cities in Portugal and this hotel was the best in our entire trip so far.

This property is in the middle of nowhere. Our villa was not well kept.

Nice hotel, small room big bathroom. Good restaurant and bar/lounge area. Excellent staff. A bit pricey for why you get but it’s in the heart of the busy area easily accessible.

A very nicely laid out, clean room that was very quiet despite being in a busy area. The staff was very helpful and polite while providing guidance on how to navigate the city.

Ok hotel. Nothing special, nothing terrible.

Excellent property. Friendly & professional staff who defaulted to speaking English. Clean, modern rooms with high quality fixtures & fittings (inc usb charging points). Plenty of plug sockets and mirrors with decent lighting. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Free mini-bar, toiletries and slippers. Always good to have a decent hairdryer too. Hotel is in a prime location to access all the Lisbon has to offer. It's communal areas are classy, offering free bottled water and fruit to guests. Nice bar/lounge and restaurant. Only down side we found was that this was the most compact room we have ever stayed in. Literally tripping over one another and no space to put toiletry bags / makeup etc Also, there were only 4 coat hangers (not a deal breaker and we didn't request more) and there was no iron/ironing board. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for a city break as you're barely in the room but when you are, it's comfortable and has everything you need. Plis the staff are professional and helpful.
