Small and family run, friendly, and very local to where we wanted to be.

Really helpful and friendly welcome and departure

Stayed here for 2 nights. Was in room 3, right next to the breakfroom rooom. Breakfast was lovely, was better on the last day though. They offer a full English, toast with different flavours off jam, unlimited tea and coffee or juices. Great location to get to Manchester 2 min walk to the tram station. There is also asda nearby and Wetherspoons. However not many other local shops near by. First night at the b&b difficulty sleeping because of the noise of cars passing by. However second night was a better sleep. The beds are comfy.

Lovely place with fantastic staff

My stay was very pleasant, nothing was to small or difficult to if anything was required.
