Clean, convenient near church

I came from Saigon for 2 days, good experience. Soundproofing is hard to ask for in hotels like this. Clean room, great staff, right next to the Church and many interesting shops. Come back the next day.

Just the location to enter the alley. But not far. Lots of sales outside. My only expectation was that it would be right in front of Hoan Kiem Lake, but no, it's not far, around 400m, you can walk around.

Good hotel with facilities in Hanoi, price is ok.

The hotel is near the old town, walking distance to many restaurants. If you can't enter the hotel by car, you can stop outside and pull your suitcase in. The hotel has a security guard and enthusiastic, friendly men. Rooms are cleaned every day. There are a few things that are not very satisfactory, but these are the things that can be ignored.

The room is very clean, fully equipped, the hotel also prepares umbrellas, phone scales, bathrobes, etc. to clean and replace daily items 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is right in the old town, very convenient, clean and new, not noisy, no smell. I will definitely come back here next time.

I had issues at booking stage where the Conifer Boutique wasn't my first choice, I booked Conifer Grand but they sent me here and said they needed to upgrade the water system. My honest reviews are: location: central and next to the lake, but have to walk 1 km to Pho Co (old quarter). I would say not very convenient if you want quick access to the Old Quarter area. Facilities: this is a very old hotel, but with price range it 's worth the money, go for the Suite room instead of Deluxe if you don't want to squeeze. If you like modern look, flawless bathroom this is not your option. Room is not properly sound proofed. Connection: good, they even provide LAN cable, not to forget they have Netflix accounts free! Breakfast: ok for $5/pax. Staff: I give 5 star because of the staff, they are super friendly and flexible.

The hotel here is very clean and cozy, the receptionist and security guard, along with the cleaning ladies are very enthusiastic and friendly to customers. I checked in early and checked out early so the receptionists supported me very quickly so I could get to the airport on time. The hotel is extremely close to famous places, just a few steps away from the Church ^^ The soundproofing is very good, I slept without hearing any noise from outside, the room was neat and clean, which is what I like most when staying at the hotel. The room is smaller a little bit than my expectation. The staff is friendly and the services are great.
