Great location if you're catching or returning on the ferry. No air con but hotel is fine. Lovely bilingual staff. Nice food in the restaurant. Will return.

Room very small and the bathroom was extremely small. The toilet seat was broken. There was nowhere to hang clothes. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The restaurant was good and the staff were very helpful. The free parking was in front of the hotel but for a limited time only. There was a large car park which you had to pay for opposite the hotel. It was very near to the Brittany ferry terminal just a few minutes drive.

A very convenient location for the ferry. Good price only downside was needing to be a mountain goat to get to the room in the attic. Not good for people with mobility issues. Very reasonably priced.

The check in staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. The area seemed safe and quiet. The restaurant had good food and beer.

As usual a great stop and the owner had even waited to greet me as due to ferry disembarkation I was close to 11pm. Very grateful!

Convenient and friendly

Great hotel of you are catching the early ferry, you can see the ships come into the port from the terrace. Excellent evening meal. 👍

Lovely quaint hotel. Staff attentive and helpful. As per other reviews yes there are no lifts second floor rooms are a slight hike up. Yes the rooms could do with upgrading but for what you pay for a night and an ease of access to the port no complaints from us. We had a family quadruple room, good size but really warm room, no air con small windows but lots of road noise when open

On arrival we were immediately told "no breakfast" which was really disappointing since we had a long journey ahead of us and would have liked at least a coffee to start the day! We ended up at a nearby bar and bought coffee and fortunately, the last 2 croissants they had. The room did not smell very pleasant and we would not stay again.

We were sorry that the restaurant was not open . We were over night to get the ferry the room was comfortable.

Nicely painted room #16 with dormer window looking out to sea and ferry. Unfortunately the hotel WiFi doesn't reach to this room, but you can access it from the lobby area. Note that the toilet seat slips off and needs some fixing.

Very convenient walk from the Ferry dock. Room was just what we needed. The bathroom could use a bit of an update, but the restaurant is under renovation so it will soon look great I bet.

Phew where to start: no lift, room smelt like sewer gas. The carpet was stained. The toilet seat didn't fit properly, the shower took ages to get warm.

Simple hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, strong shower and the food in the evening was great. Will definitely use again for ferry as you are there in less than 5 minutes.

Wouldn’t stay again

Comfortable room. Friendly receptionist who stayed up late for us. Easy parking.

Cheap £ cheerful. Very convenient for the ferry
