Worth it and I really like it all, next I will be there

i traveled for business every month to country around asia. frankly speaking this is the most inconvenience or worst hotel, from the booking to check out process. cut short story the guy handle the guest unhappy when i went down to check out 10 min earlier than he is unhappy & a bit of arguement. he said that this is their property and they free to set the rule. when asked to refund MYR 300 deposit, he sending me a fake resit and the money transfered to his account. i only notice few minutes later since nothing come through my bank. when checked the deposit transfered to his personal account. he blocked me then have to get the security to contact the management on this then 1 hour later he transfered the money. i have all the detail, the fake transaction resit, the picture of this guy if needed.

Thank's Mr. Kenny for your services, I hope that if I go to Kuala Lumpur, I will stay here again.

This is amazing, amazing room, because there are 8 of us as a family, it feels just right, we will definitely come back here again, God willing.

Clean unit location close to Bukit Bintang and KLCC Tower

When we arrived at SOHO, we were greeted by Mr. Kenny and Mrs. Pauline. We paid 300 MYR as deposit. Mrs. Pauline took us to the room, explained anything related to the laudry machine, microwave oven, TV channels selection etc. The room was excellent. Despite only 4 of us staying at the two bedrooms apartment, but the rooms were prepared for 6 people. Overal, we were so pleased with the room and the service provided. Certainly we will book the unit again when we visit Kuala Lumpur again. Kenny and Pauline, thank you very much.

The owner is very redponsive, nice and very helpful. I could check in late and kept my luggage after check out. The Rate is reasonanle with the complete facilities. Thanks a lot to Kenny.

Very clean, cozy, just 3 min walk to the bridge connecting to Suria KLCC and Bukit Bintang. 24h mini mart, excellent gym and swimming pool. We booked 1 room (2 bedrooms). There's a washing machine too. Mr. Kenny as the agent is very kind. Will be back soon.

Extraordinary and very well served with the facilities of the Soho Suite KLCC apartment, especially A3, plus the kind Mr. Kenny who is very helpful and cares about his guests. Anyway, there's no loss in staying with your family at A3 Soho Suite KLCC. So far, every time I've been to KL, I've never had service like the Soho Suite. If I go there again, I will go to the Soho Suite A3 Apartment. May Mr Kenny always be healthy.
