Excellent location. Parking garage nearby or you may get lucky and find a spot in front.

The apartment does not look like the one shown in the photo, it is very old and the air conditioning has a very bad smell.

The property location is situated in a quiet area, very convenient and close, walkable to everything you need. Customer service team at Slow Suites Bellas Artes are very quick to respond to my inquiries from the day I booked my suite to the day I arrived. They were very professional and kind to my needs. We enjoyed our stay at Slow Suites Bellas Artes. The location—just steps from Gran Vía, the Prado Museum, theaters, and major attractions—is a big plus. The area is surrounded by great restaurants and points of interest. We would definitely choose this place again for a future stay.

Perfect location

Extremely noisy if you get the room near the entrance (we did, despite asking to change …). Front entrance door bangs and people shouting while entering are all hours of the night . Don’t expect the hotel management to do anything about it in term to refunding you partially. They even suggested we should’ve called in the middle of the night once people had already passed through to fix the door and tell people to keep quiet . I would suggest it would’ve been much better to actually fix the door before and put signs up to keep quiet (completely absent) … Incredible! Otherwise , rooms are large and fairly modern

Property is nice and well maintained, clean. A/C is very nice and cold for the Madrid hot summer. Coffee was included. Very nice.

Good location, central to lots of eateries and attractions. There was some mold in the bathrooom and very scarce amenities- you’ll get enough coffee pods/sugar for one day. Beyond that, it’s up to you to provide your own. We asked for more paper towels and never received them. Had a reservation for 3 ppls and only had 2 sets of towels; had to request more. There’s a sensor light that faces the courtyard area of our apartment and the lights flicker on and off all night long, reflecting in the bedroom. It was very difficult to sleep; even with a sleeping mask. It was quiet and, despite being in a busy location with lots of construction, we all felt safe.

This property was amazing! My family and I had a marvelous time during our visit to Madrid. Perfect location—walking distance to top sights yet quiet. The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen (though I didn’t use it), comfy bed, and washer/dryer. The staff was friendly, and the reception at check-out was especially warm. Would definitely return!

Walking distance to restaurants, shops and major sightseeing locations in city center. 2 blocks away from bus stop for 24h airport bus service

Very nice apartment with great location

We found this location very good for visiting the museum district. The royal palace was accessible by walking or a short 3 metro stops. The Atocha train station was accessible by walking, but takes about 18-20 minutes, which may or may not be practical depending on whether you have luggage you need to wheel. We used the large Carrefour accessible by the L2 metro line at Alsacia (8 stops). The kitchen and washing machine facilities were good; cooking/dining, dishwashing, and laundry supplies were provided. Coffee pods were provided (8 for our 7 nights). The living space for the 2 bedroom apartment was very good. We were very happy with our stay. My only suggestion is if you planned on lots of daytrips via bus / commuter train / highspeed train, it will take some effort to access those.
