We stayed in the King suite at the bldg next door, which we didn't realize isn't actually part of the b&b, so no breakfast was included. The suite was large and clean. And we definitely appreciated the air conditioning units. Bed was very comfy and it was nice having a small kitchen with coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. The living area itself could use a little sprucing up (the furniture was oddly all lined up against one wall instead of having any sort of conversation area) and rug would have made it feel more cozy. some of the old woodwork looked a little rough, and the water cooler dispensed only room temp water. We did peak into the room next door which seemed much cozier so not all suites are the same. No deal breakers, and overall a nice stay.

Very much enjoyed our stay (7 nights). Had a suite with a kitchenette counter, was very comfortable. Convenient location for restaurants and the theatres. Look forward to staying there the next time we’re in town.

Property was difficult to find when driving at nighttime. Had to circle the block a couple of times. Liked that it was convenient to walk to theatres and restaurants. There was a nice big mirror in the entrance downstairs. Would have been helpful to have a full length mirror in the room as well, so I can see myself when getting dressed to go out. Bed was very comfortable. Nice big window to let sun and light in. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was a huge upcharge per day per person, so we didn’t get that. They also charged us an extra $29.95 per day—4 days because we used the pullout couch, and there was a sheet and blanket for it, but the same ones were used all four days. The woman made a huge deal about having to wash them, but she only needed to do that once.

Everything was close & within walking distance. Having parking on site was a plus since parking downtown can be challenging. Owners were very nice & even though we didn’t need them I know they would have been very helpful. Having stayed in the luxury suite next to inn was a bonus with a comfortable recliner & kitchenette. We will plan on staying there on our next visit to Stratford.

The room was clean and comfortable. The coffee was good quality and we appreciated the cream supplied instard of powdered creamer. We enjoyed the quiet balcony and the comfortable bed. We were in the King Suite on the 2nd floor - there is an unexpected step down into the kitchen to be aware of in low light. Guests at The Inn can purchase a hearty breakfast at the B&B next door. The proprietor Andrew was friendly and gracious and made our stay a true pleasure.

Hosts very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast excellent (additional charge but very good food and convenient. Walking distance to all 3 theatres and downtown (5-10 mins)

The place is clean and the owner is very nice. The stay would be much better if the entrance and lobby area were more welcoming. Also, the cleaning products they use leave behind a very strong smell. The AC unit in our room was very noisy.

Andrew Pang and his wife are gracious, friendly and helpful hosts. Their breakfasts were delicious. The beds were very comfortable for my back and my arthritis.

We cannot say enough about this great Inn. Taking a chance, we booked a suite to enjoy four days of theatre at Stratford. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the hosts and their charming Inn. We will definitely reserve again for next years’ festival.

Went on a birthday getaway with my best friend. The accommodation with 2 single beds worked really well for us. Breakfast was filling and the owners was very welcoming. We were able to walk to the theatre and all the restaurants we wanted to eat at.

This bed and breakfast has a great location to downtown shopping and dining. It is also possible to walk to all of Stratford Festival theaters. It is run by a family and they are very gracious and attentive. We did not do the breakfast option they offered, since there are many restaurants within walking distance. They do offer coffee and tea at no cost, which was nice.

Wonderful location for theatre goers. Hosts very nice and great breakfast.

We stayed only a night but it was comfortable and we had a great sleep.
