Excellent. I read some reveiws before i reserved and i didn't encounter any of the problems of others. I arrived an hour or so late due to flight leaving late but Fede stayed in contact with me via WhatsApp and was there to greet me when i arrived and informed me that close parking was abundant after 8pm. I found that there is plenty of parking locally anyway. Stayed 2 nights. Very clean and comfortable and i got 2 nights solid sleep. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and a few extras were provided, towels, drinking glasses and cutlery. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle and sink and washing up liquid. Overall, in very happy with my stay and it was well worth the money. Thanks Fede and staff, next time im in Alicante i will definitely book again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The lack of communication is terrible: the did not contact us regarding the check in, we arrived 9 pm and no reception, no answer from anyone. We could stay at the hotel the night we paid. Also if you arrived before 9 pm you have to paid 15 euros just for your late check in - insane.

This place can hardly be called a hotel, it’s more of a hostel with individual rooms but shared bathrooms. The room was quite dirty with dust and hair on the floor. The condition of the bathrooms was similar (see photos).

I told the Hostal I would arrive late, I came to the Hostal at 23:05 and waited until 23:55 ringing the bell, no-one replied and I had to book another Hostal for the night. A person did text me when I walked out of the airplane but the message dissepared so I could not read it, my instruction I got from the Hostal was to take a taxi to the property and ring the bell, I did that and no one responded. It was very stressful and not acceptable :(( The other person should have checked in with me regularly as he knew I was arriving, he only called after I booked my other room!

A great stay in at a central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Emilio who suggested some great excursions and booked me a taxi to the airport for the day I was leaving. My room was spacious, clean, cool and comfortable. I felt at home. Thank you team I will definitely be back.

Very well located, many nice restaurants and shops around. The only improvement could be the equipment in the kitchen. There is a kettle but no coffee or teabags or even a mug really, which makes it hard to use.

Checked in early ( before 4pm) and the guy running the place was v helpful and accommodating. Place v clean . Bed very comfortable although a blanket would have been appreciated ( just a sheet- guess it's been too hot up till now). The walls are a bit thin, snoring from room next to.mine was v loud and kept me awake! Ear plugs good idea. Clean kitchen facilities, clean bathrooms and a lovely hot shower. A good location in the old town. 10.mins walk to the beach and close to railway station. Overall it's a perfectly adequate place as a base to see the town and it feels like a safe area for a single female.

Basic but good value for money

This is not an easy place to find, especially at night, as very little signage. I had a lovely big room although no window to a view but good air con, clean shower rooms (communal), kitchen with vending machine. Complimentary water in rooms which was nice but paid extra for check in after 8pm. Walls are thin so a bit noisy but comfortable, very central and good value for 1-2 nights in the city.

Walk to train station. Clean. Bed good. Shared shower, but it was kept very clean. Nice staff.

No storage area. I am travelling long term by bicycle. Have some stuff...bike.. need a place.

Central,english speaking check in staff very helpful about festival details would have liked a fridge in communal kitchen is the only criticism, otherwise excellent 🙂

Was very affordable shared bathrooms but there was two so easy enough had own space and handy kitchen are really clean and tidy multi lingual receptionist easy vibe

You get what you pay for and this was cheap
