hey went above and beyond- I asked for an airport pickup but they are 4 hours from Heraklion- so they offered to pick me up from bus station at Sitia instead. Little did I know that tthey were an hour return away from the bus station- and their bus broke down. Rather than have me wait they had a taxi greet me at the bus station to take me back- which would’ve cost them an absolute fortune. And they charged me nothing. I definitely advise that you have all your meals there at the restaurant- it is delicious quality authentic Greek and well priced and you can wash it down with their local premium beer too. Half a litre only 2.50 euro. I had a wonderful time there and can’t thank them enough or recommend them highly enough. Two thumbs up
