We had two rooms with balcony, view of city, it was great experience everything were accessible restaurants , shows ,shopping and etc not having car using public transportation Reception was on seven floor, only couple of them spoke English.This hotel had a great charm. Availability of four people elevator was issue sometimes.I would recommend this hotel.

They told me breakfast started 8 but it was opened 8:30 I don’t care about breakfast but we missed our bus I will send all the documents for you. Because we ruined all plans of day

Great Location and great city view from terrace!

We were more than happy to receive an early checkin since we were extremely tired from the journey. The location is perfect, covered by many metro station, restaurants and shops. It is a must if you are looking for best price/benefit hotel.

Very clean rooms, helpful and friendly reception staff. Check in slightly confusing - ensure to contact the property prior to arrival. Roof terrace bar music and people walking around up there is quite noisy in the rooms.

My train was delayed so I tried to contact the hostel to let them know that I will arrive a little late, no one answered ever. Once I got there, no one at the main door, still not answering the phone, so I went upstairs to the hostel floor to knock on the door and still no answer. It was past midnight and I had spent 45 minutes trying to reach someone to check in. One guy showed up by the stairs and told me reception was on 7th. Floor LOL! Who knew? Why this info isn’t on the web? Other than that incident the room was so comfy and clean, still worthy staying here.

The location is superb. However, the property isn’t completely accessibility designed. You had to take a few stairs to the elevator and the elevator did not go to the rooftop. My mom had a hard time going up those stairs and of course didn’t get to see the rooftop. Also, someone walked in on us as we were sleeping!

We booked the room with breakfast included. But when we go to Sky44 to have breakfast, they font have our room number on their list. Asked front desk staff, they confirmed I do have breakfast. Obviously, they forget about it. The room is small. WI-FI is so bad. Asked front desk staff to reboot their router. But soon went bad again. Their are several hostal in the building. But hostal Charlotte is not listed at the street level. The booking says go to floor 9. But the front desk is at flor 7. The location is good on Gran Via. But it is noisy at night

Love the location, cleanliness, separate shower and toilet in separate rooms within the room, two sinks and the roof top restaurant/bar is a nice additional. It was a little hard to find and the name isn't listed out on the signs, this is important since there are several other hostels located in the same building.

Based in the city. Can get loud! Pay extra for the terrace city view it is definatly worth it. Good value for money overall very impressed.

Very quick check in, beautiful common areas, quiet spot in the busiest place in the city. Clean, lovely beds. Clean, modern bathroom. Working wifi. Great views of the city. A/C controls at reception, so it was a bit warm for us.

The hotel location is very central and right in front of a metro stop. The room had a basic modern look, it was reasonably clean and it's spacious. The downsides are the noise from other guests coming and going that can easily be heard in the room and the air conditioning that cannot be controlled by the guests.

There was not really a signage for Hostal Charlotte; Charlotte is at 9th floor and the reception is at 7th (or 8th), in any case it was not written. Also could be better if the receptionist speaks English more fluently. Was unable to get wifi from the room, I had to approach the skybar for access - was quite awkward to enter bar to ask wifi but not drinks (I do not drink)

El hostal está bastante bien, el desayuno en la terraza también pero el portal bastante dejado, la verdad que asusta nada más entrar. Recepción mal indicada y lo de dejar la habitación a las 11 en vez de a las 12 como es habitual.
