View was amazing close to everything nice large appartment Had a few things wrong though kettle was leaking, toaster only worked on one side, spaghetti on the floor, washing machine wrecked a few T-Shirts, clothes horse left rust stains on white clothes, an on suite bathroom smelt

Location is great, transportation on light rail is good, easy walk to the beach and Ripleys etc. Not enough towels for 7 people; and no spa/beach towels provided. No extra pillows or blankets in each room. Only a mink blanket as the linen. No cleaning products supplied for bathrooms and kitchen or toilet paper.

Property in a very good location.furniture can do with updating.stains on mattress protector. Carpets need a good clean.broken fridge shelving.front door doesn't self lock on way out.apart from that.everything else good.forgot to mention that when exiting on last day.we had to self lock door.than i had to run the keys to the office at Chevron towers office.other rooms we stayed at in the same apartments. We just locked keys in room take photo of keys that they were left their.than just go because of the self locking door.

It was a clean beautiful place to relax .loved the service very friendly staff .it had everything we need ❤️ You guys made owe stay the best l appreciate your service will come back again xxx

The location was great

We organised a late check in and all details were sent as promised and the key safe was easy to find. Our apartment was amazing and very spacious. Each bedroom plus the lounge had access to the balcony. It was lovely just having the sliding doors open with the fresh sea air coming through. We were very happy with our apartment. Downstairs there were plenty of dining options, along with a Woolworths. A short 5 min walk was the Chevron Renaissance shopping centre with a Coles and more shopping/dining options. Great location for everything. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

Property was excellent Very noisy from pubs in the area. Great location

The location is good, close to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and transport. The apartment is in the 38th floor but you can still hear all the noise outside, the windows and doors in the balcony aren't sound proof and you can feel the wind go through it. The kitchen equipment is pretty basic and the TV's aren't smart, a bit disappointing when you have kids and want to stream something for them. So even that the location was good we wouldn't book it again.

Service was exceptional and Hotel was perfect, we enjoyed every moment of our trip, Customer service was understanding and polite. Hotels.com highly recommended

Shower doesnt drain properly, dryer doesnt work properly, cosmetically the room was pretty rough, beds have wheels that you cant put brakes on so you end up rolling around throughout the night.

Close to everything to walk to

We have stayed here many times and has become our second home, love everything about staying there.

Clean property. Spacious/ beautiful views. Staff were lovely and easy to contact/ communicate with. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

This is probably one of the best spots for quick access to the light rail
