The property was very modern and roomy with everything you needed for self catering if you wished. 1 minute walk from the swimming pool, or you could relax in your own little garden. Only used the fridge myself for the beer and wine lol You can walk down to the port, which i did and took about 45 minute at a leisurely pace. Taxi is not an issue and arrive about 5 minutes after ordering. You will find it very hard to get a property like this at a cheaper price, and I tried. highly recommend it!! You will have to pay a 250 euro refundable deposit for damage security and a small charge for cleaning which is non refundable. I emailed to say I had checked out, they inspected the villa within 2 hours and confirmed full refund the same day. Payment and refund done through paypal. It showed on my account later that day the refund was pending. As promised within a few days it had cleared into my paypal account. Will be using this Villa again.
