The staff were amazing and went over and above to help. The breakfast was the best I have ever had. The bathroom was a bit tired and could have done with a freshen up. Lovely to have a little fridge in the room. The pool area was spotless and a really beautiful pool with comfortable sun beds

Nice location and a great hotel. The problem was the water wouldn’t get hot and the A/C didn’t work despite alerting the front desk. The breakfast and service was top notch. We ended up leaving a day early. No refund for the last day. It worked for our needs, but the two most important factors were the water and air not working correctly.

The receptionist sits very low in her chair in an unlit corner and you cant always see if someone is in attendance. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. There is a full size fridge that my two half litre bottles of water looked very lonely in. There are no dining options other than breakfast, and although the shelves are well stocked with bottles of spirits, there is no bar outside of breakfast hours!! There are no restuarants within walking distance. Unfortunately the couple in the next room had a blazing row at 2.30 in the morning and again at 3.30. the walls are paper thin and not only did they wake us, we heard every word. Breakfast itself was superb with a wide choice freshley cooked to order.We would not stay again.

An absolute superb find.. all the times I've been past the hotel I've never reallt thought of staying there but as options this time of year were very limited I decided to book it and it will be my first choice next time. Check in was simple & was made very welcome from the start. All rooms I believe are on the first floor and are accessible by stairs or a lift. The room was far better than expected - clean & spacious with bottled water supplied every day in the small fridge. A nice terrace area with views to the mountains was a lovely surprise. Obviously the pool is closed this time of year but looks a great area to enjoy during the warmer months. The complimentary breakfast was probably the best I have ever encountered. Choose from the menu and have whatever, and as much as you want freshly made for you. Freshly squeezed orange juice and as much tea/coffee & toast as you want is also offered. The breakfast is obviously so well liked that a few locals also showed up - as I would if I lived around there. It is served in the bar area which although we didn't use was very pleasant and seemed well stocked. Maybe not ideal for a long stay holiday but if you need a few days break then this hotel is perfect.

The hotel was upscale with a hint of quirky. The room had all your basic needs with a touch of charming molding and furniture. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff (bilingual) extremely friendly and helpful. Don't pass on the breakfast offered with your stay. The coffee alone is worth it. Location is easily accessable and close to all things (transportation is helpful). It's a wonderful place to stay!

Stayed here a good few times and always found it to be good. Breakfast is great rooms are nice and clean. The bar still doesn’t open and the restaurant is only open for breakfast. I was miffed this time that the pool area was closed.

I booked this hotel after seeing the good reviews from previous guests. True that it is a very nice cozy hotel. The breakfast is very good. One downside is that we couldn't find a good restaurant nearby for dinner. Google Map cannot be trusted. Most of the restaurants nearby were closed after 6pm.

A very friendly staff who made you feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The hairdrier in bathroom needed attention. A new one was fitted in minutes The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel we have stayed. The waitress and Bar man were so cheerful,friendly and efficient.

Nice well located hotel with excellent staff. The reasons for not giving it a 5 out of 5 is the poor soundproofing between rooms and the need for the bathrooms to be refreshed - new sealant around washbssin and shower, and clean grout to floor tiles. Great breakfast selection and fantastic sdrvice.

Slight problem with the hair drier (flexible hose had split, probably poor design), part from that, excellent. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful both in reception and at breakfast; which was freshly cooked and well presented.

We had a noisy toilet and air conditioning unit which interrupted our sleep a lot. The walls are fairly thin and we heard other guests. Hotel is beautiful and staff v helpful. Breakfast was superb but unfortunately no bar or restaurant in the evening

Superb room, staff and super breakfast. Highly recommended for any long distance travellers seeking exceptional comfort and superb food. Deserved of 4 star rating and we will stay again for sure. Thank you guys so much.

Clean, friendly, attentive staff. Good value for the dollar, and it had all the amenities: Wi-Fi, AC, wonderful breakfast, etc.

This is a brilliant hotel. Inexpensive, a lovely room with a great bathroom and a balcony. The bed is very big and extremely comfortable. The staff are all helpful and friendly and the cooked to order breakfast is amazing. 10 out of 10
