Very friendly staff, very nice hotel, nice breakfast and will definitely return.

The staff are extremely friendly, place is clean, breakfast has huge variaty, location is very convenient as the area is busy and lots of places to go around.

The only thing that I didn’t like is the bad smell that at the parking and elevator and using perfume isn’t a great idea at all

Hotel is what you would expect from Hyatt. staff were incredibly friendly especially at the front desk. Quality of the food and option in terms of cofee was sub standard!

Nice modern 4-star hotel with comfortable rooms, a nice-looking outdoor pool deck (not that I got to use it) and a good breakfast. Looks quite central on the map but it wasn't, in fact, quite as close to the areas I needed to be in as I'd hoped because Riyadh is a deceptively vast city but it was easy enough and not too expensive to get an Uber wherever I needed to go. All in all, I would definitely recommend this property.

Very good

First time in the city and was undecided where to stay so thought we’d try this out and we were very impressed! We booked a bigger room type due to my daughter and the room was certainly big. As a hotel, it just did everything well which you’d expect, it’s not on the high end of the market price and star rating however it does everything you need from a hotel really well. Comfortable bed, nice clean shower and amenities. Please note we stayed during Ramadan so the hotel was on the quiet side, also due to this we didn’t get a chance to try out the pool. The surrounding area has a lot of food option which are short walking distance away.

My room was directly above the wedding hall and couldn’t sleep well, hope the reception told gusts about events happening to avoid this situations.

The staff were great

This isn’t my first time and all the experience of the rooms with bathtubs the water leaks out from the ceramic in all rooms, I always request bathtub because i prefer it, and always say maybe this room is different but its not, i hope the engineers would fix all the room
