I paid a bit more for a room with a view, however learned at check-in, that no rooms have views. The rooms are different from the photos- all throughout the hotel there is dirty red, moquette over the floors. I could see watermelon seeds on the floor in my room. The hotel is located on a noisy street- making it difficult to sleep. Through the listing describes "breakfast buffet," it is not actually a buffet. We had a choice of a fried egg or cheese with our bread - but couldn't have both. And not more than 1 egg. Also, they did not even have salt and pepper available. The shower was not very warm / only has limited warm water.

The property is older. Don’t expect much. But it’s what we need a place to sleep shower and close to everything. Staff was great.

Extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet. Conveniently located three blocks from Cusco's Plaza de Armas. Restaurants and shops close by. Hotel a bit run down; a bit of paint and a new carpet on steps would help. Good value for the cost.

The hotel is close to main pkaza in Cuzco, the staff is friendly but the room was not comfortable, no menu for breakfast just wanted to get what I could eat but they had to prepare and serve whatever was schedulef. Then they lost our keys and did not clean up the floor.

They gave us a tiny single bed, not the Queen size bed, Room was not ready even though we arrived at 3 pm, Hotel real name is Hotel del Inca - The place is a bit worn down, the bathroom is tiny we asked to be changed, they said they'll come back to us to assign a new room, never happened. There is better places to stay in Cusco. It is close to the main places in the center so if you dont mind all the above i guess is ok to stay here

You get what you paid for so don’t expect them to go above and beyond. At least the staff was nice.

A night front desk guy was very helpful. He was trying to help me to cancel my tour even thought he does not speak English well. However, I also had bad experience. I asked a receptionist for Laundry in the morning as the front desk said it would be by tonight. However, when I went to pick up the Landry, they completely forgot to do it. As there are a lot of places which offer Landry service around here, I was going to bring it to other place which can be done in 2 hours. The front desk insisted to do it here, but they charged double price for my 4.3kg for 50S (over 15 US dollars for my three pants and three t-shirts!!) It was supposed to be 5S. per 1 kg. In short, don’t ask for Landry at hotel if you need to get it back on time. Intermittent hot shower and Weak/slow WiFi signals.

The site mentioned free shuttle which wasn’t true. Then they tried to charge us an extra 60 upon our exit saying the site made a mistake. The “heat” as mentioned on the site was a box heater that had to be installed. There was no typical continental breakfast. Just coffee , one egg scrambled and fruit , no cheese (I always look forward to the cheese in Cusco). Also don’t come here if you need to wake up early. There is an all night karaoke club right next door. WiFi is iffy at best.

Only stayed for one night but room was very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Loved the free breakfast and that they got us cheap transport to the airport (15 sol). Also nice of them to store our bags for a few hours after checkout while we toured the city. Would definitely visit again!

Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Clean room and very friendly staff. Wifi was fast enough to watch a movie late at night (4th floor). Complimentary breakfast was delicious (eggs, buns, fresh papaya juice, coffee & fruit bowl). They also helped us call an airport taxi for getting from the airport. There is a nice store on the 2nd floor where we were able to buy alpaca socks for a very low price. Overall great stay!

I was very dissapointed ! I know this is not a luxury hotel, and maybe we got the worst room... It has an excellent location, but the eoom smelled like a cat pee, the bed spread was dirty, the toilet was leaking once you flushed it, we told them 3 times and they apparently went to check it out but never got fixed. The room We got was in fron of the main st, way too noisy! Cara go by honking non stop, not to mention there is a karaoke bar next door, a party place across the st, even we were sooo exahausted from Doing long tours and walking... we kept waking up...it is not my firt time in Cuzco, so I was dissapointed!

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. It is in an old house that has not been renovated in a long time. The floor and the walls were uneven, the wooden closet was old and inconvenient. The bathroom and shower were also old and did not have anything except soap and toilet paper. There was also a staircase right outside the window of my room, and it was noisy. Worse than the state of the hotel and the room was the lack of security. I had to wait a few minutes at the reception when I arrived because no one was there. Meanwhile, all they room keys were on display and anyone could just walk in and take any of them. The staff came down eventually and were quite cordial - no issue there. However, as soon as I got to the room they went away and again left the reception unattended. I did not end up staying 4 nights as planned because when I got back to the hotel the first night at 1am or so, it took me about 20 minutes to get in. The front door of the hotel was locked, no one answered the door when I rang, and I called the number listed on Expedia. Turns out that wasn't the number of the hotel but of a manager that wasn't physically there, so he gave me yet another number to call. Again, this is all while I'm waiting outside in the street in the middle of the night. This is unacceptable, and the description on Expedia that says "24 hours front desk" is a lie. There are plenty of other hotels in Cusco. Don't stay here.

This place has Great customer service. Older structure fairly clean. On a busy street so not so quiet but you can walk everywhere close for eating, shopping, entertainment. Just depends on what you are looking for as to how you’d personally rate it.
