Good location, very cozy and comfortable

Centrally located in the CBD. We stayed at this apartment because we had stayed here several times and we liked it. This time we were able to upgrade from a 1-bedroom apartment to a 2-bedroom apartment, and on a high floor as requested. However, unfortunately, one side of the window in both rooms was too close to another building, so we didn't open the curtains in that section. The room and bed were comfortable. The staff were very friendly, even when we requested a late check-out, they gave us a free 1-hour window. The appliances were complete, including a refrigerator, AC/heater, stove, washer & dryer, etc., but there were no live TV channels at all. The apartment was clean and well-lit. Overall, as before, our experience staying at Avani Central Melbourne was pleasant.

The apartment in Melbourne is excellent and offers a very comfortable living experience. The location is highly convenient, with easy access to public transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping areas. Everything you need is just a short walk away.

Wow, it’s all incredible! We arrived around 1 AM, but the receptionist (Ahamed) was super friendly and helpful. The check-in took about 5 minutes, and then I got the key to my room. It’s got a fantastic view of the city! It’s a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and stunning city views. Everything is well-equipped and brand-new. I couldn’t ask for anything better for under 200 AUD. It’s such a great deal!

The staff very helpful but the room service was not available, I stayed for 3 nights , it was quite difficult to keep clean my room

The room is clean, tidy, with enough kitchen facilities, close to many restaurants which are within walking distance because the location is in the city. Check-in was very fast and helpful once we asked something. Recommended.

Room is very spacious. Love the big windows view! The room kind of has a cigarette smell. The location is super strategic, literally <5 mins walk from Melbourne Central and all of those food places.

My stay was so amazing. The rooms were clean, the staff were nice. They even gave us a free upgrade to a two bedroom apartment.

The place is so great, the location is exceptional, and the staff are very nice. We took 2 bedrooms superior for our stays and the unit is very clean. We enjoyed staying there. Mariem, one of the front office personnel, was very helpful. They only mistakenly took our message when we had a broken key to the front door by allowing the maintenance team to come in to fix it when we were not in the unit without our permission. Nothing was lost and the manager made it up during our next stay.

This apartment is perfect for family vacation. It’s strategic location in free tram zone make us easy to find foods, fruits and groceries. Especially for moslem there are many halal restaurants like pondok rempah, borek Turkish, etc. We enjoy our stay in Avani.

Location is ok, everywhere is close, room is ok according to description, not narrow. Comfortable and clean. WiFi is also free but only 1gb / day, it seems that for Indonesians who usually use unlimited WiFi it&#39;s not enough just 1GB.

I had the most pleasant stay here as Avani very close to shopping mall, free tram, restaurants and supermarkets. Avani also clean and comfortable. I will definetely come back and stay at Avani.

All the views are great, but housekeeping is not clean. Very good location!
