I can’t really give this hotel either a bad or a glowing review — it was just okay overall. The staff were lovely and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, but the hotel itself was very basic and definitely not what I would consider four-star standard. In our first room, the air conditioning didn’t work. To their credit, the staff did try to fix it, and when that wasn’t possible they moved us to another room. The second room was larger and the air conditioning worked perfectly, but again, the room itself felt very basic. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I’ve honestly never had such a poor breakfast experience at a hotel, and on our last day we decided to skip it entirely and eat elsewhere. There was no buffet or fresh bread available. My husband ordered a toastie, which turned out to be made with cheap white sliced bread with the crusts cut off, and it looked like it had barely touched the toaster. All in all if you are looking for basic hotel in the centre this is a great choice, but it was very expensive for what we received. I would definitely not book again!

This was just the most perfect hotel for us (3 night break with friends). The location could not be better with easy access to sightseeing and shopping areas. Reception staff were so helpful and the cocktail bar was buzzy. Rooms comfortable and wide choice of breakfast. Highly recommend.

All was great with the room and the hotel staff The breakfast is good but late on sat and sunday (be aware of that) The locatation is great Bar have very nice ambient! Also as streets are very small the pick up point for the hotel on plataforms uber/ cabify is not front of the hotel.

Staff were amazing - so polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was quirky with large, minimalist rooms - personally I would have preferred some better lighting in the bathroom and maybe a larger side or table to put things on in the actual bedroom but otherwise was clean and airy. Breakfast served on the roof terrace was just lovely with a wide variety of options (and suitable alternatives for me as a coeliac) and was a highlight of each day :) There was also a welcome drink voucher on arrival redeemed at the attached Cafe de Madrid. Hotel was very central near the cathedral and I would highly recommend a stay here.

We loved our room, it was small, but just perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location, everything is just around the corner or a short walk away. The rooftop is wonderful and the café is a great spot for a drink. But by far the staff are what make this a special place.

They were doing renovations and failed to tell us until the day before we arrived which is really naughty and when we asked we were told only just agreed. For a hotel it takes a lot of planning and doesn’t just happen ! How daft do they think we are !!!! It was noisy, the hallways smelt of paint, it was an assault course getting down the hallways with no signs of where the wet paint was and it was noisy. Staff were lovely and helpful and hotel itself and was in the perfect place to explore the City.

Perfect location, beautifully finished and spacious rooms, and super helpful, friendly staff. This will be my go-to in Valencia!

This is a great place to stay in a great location! All the staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is really delicious. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant and bar downstairs is nice and convenient! We would definitely stay here again!
