If you're saving money, it's fine for just sleeping, the AC is cool. However, the cleanliness is lacking; the bedsheets still have stains, and the toilet isn't very clean either. If you're just transiting for a short sleep in Johor, it's a good way to save money.

staff are friendly, bed and room are nice and have lot of parking space ... just the bathroom only built in like cube attach not fully built up to roof... so you can hear clearly when use the toilet... otherwise it worth the money if you just stay to sleep...

I got a lower level room. My coin is a sewer pipe, ade floor at the top (like airspace), the window is open, the light of the outside entrance into the room, at night, noise, there is karaoke at the nearby store. The sound came into my room because there was a large open air space.
