The staff were very nice and very helpful when we needed help.

The hotel's location is very strategic because it is close to food stalls, including Malay food, dim sum, cafes, and waffles. Apart from that, behind the hotel, there is the Kerinchi train station, so mobility is easier and cheaper.

Located near the MRT, there are only a few food stalls nearby, so there's not much choice of dining options.

The room is very spacious for a family and is equipped with a kitchen. It only lacks a microwave or stovetop. It's very close to the train station. Parking is also easy.

The deluxe room is super big, you can take a morning walk in the room, that's the story because the room is so big.

As the hotel is near to the highway, we couldnt really sleep soundly during our first night. Second night was okay. However the accessibility is very good as the train station is just behind, would definitely stay back but preferable to have a higher floor.

The staff were very friendly. Spacious room and very clean. Just 10 minutes to Pantai Hospital. Perfect.

I wanted to check out but it took so long to respond that I asked 2 or 3 times I asked what it was taking so long because it had been almost 15 minutes and my Grab had arrived.. then he contacted housekeeping and asked to check the room and asked for another 5 minutes.. and I asked for a deposit he asked for a receipt I was not given a receipt... then I waited another 10 minutes before the money was given.. the deposit of 110rm was returned 100rm he said to pay tourism tax I've never heard of a deposit being deducted from tax.. 10%.. so far even 5 star hotels are not like that.. why did I stay there so that Bangsar is close.. so friends help refer
