The place when in Jakobsstad!

Close to everything we wanted to see in Jakobstad. Wonderful dinner at the restaurant. Comfortable temperature in the rooms. We would stay again!

Great location. Great sauna. Great staff. A couple of spots in the hotel had a terrible sewer smell as you walked by. The breakfast was good, not great. Compared to other hotels we stayed at in Finland the selection was good but the quality was average. All in all, Jakobstad is a great place to visit and we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location right in the middle of the city. Cozy atmosphere, and such a friendly and helpful staff. Warmly recommend this hotel. (And the food is world-class, so delicious!)

Amazing staff - very friendly, flexible and helpfull. The suite was a very good solution travelling with the baby. Strongly recommend.

The Hotel location is couldn't be better. It is located in the middle of the shopping district and city center and has all the sights, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Prepare for a 7 minutes walk to the train and bus station. The rooms are clean and well equipped with minibar and TV. The restaurant downstairs serves excellent food and hearty breakfast. The only thing I noticed during my stay is that the floor in the hallway is old and noisy so you can actually hear people walking there. A minor flaw in this historic and nice hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located. The facilities were clean, and the rooms comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The hotel mi pretty basic but what makes it so nice to come to again and again is the heart-warming, friendly service. The breakfast buffet is also nice and to top it off they had a juicer for orangers this time:)

Huone epäsiisti, huono ilma ja tunkkainen haju. Aamiaisella leivän kantoja eikä kahvimukeja, vain kertakäyttömukeja

Nice hotel in the centre of Jakobstad. A bit outdated but good.

Hotellilla on upea ja arvokas historia, mutta se kaipaisi jo perusteellista remonttia. Huoneessa oli saapuessamme tunkkainen haju (mahdollisesti hometta), mutta onneksi ikkunan sai auki ja raitista ilmaa virtasi sisään koko yön ajan. Huone oli pintapuolisesti siisti, vaikka pinnat olivat selvästi kuluneet. Wc:ssä pesualtaan vesilukko veti huonosti, suihkun lattia oli likainen ja suihkupidike oli melkein irti. Myös käytävillä oli tunkkainen haju, ja kokolattiamatot olisivat kaivanneet perusteellista pesua jo aikaa sitten. Aamiainen oli tavanomainen suomalainen hotelliaamiainen – riittävä, muttei erityisen mieleenpainuva.

Loistava sijainti. Muutenkin mukava kokemus

Sisälle ei meinannut päästä eikä autoa saanut lataukseen, olin soittanut etukäteen ajan jolloin tulen mutta vartija oli "keikalla" 10 minuuttia muuttui 25 minuutiksi, aamulla oli hissi rikki enkä meinannut päästä ulos. Hinta ja laatu ei "ihan" kohdanneet
