Such a huge difference between this Ibis and the one we stayed in at Montparnasse the night before. Clean, spacious room, a/c that worked and friendly staff made for a pleasant overnight stay…tasty breakfast as well!

La Rochelle is a beautiful town, and this hotel is ideally located in the old port area. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was super, well worth the cost.

Excellent location.

Perfect place to stay to explore La Rochelle. In the heart of the old town and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. A small supermarket is located nearly next door. Walking distance from the train station - less tha. 5 minute flat walk. Friendly staff, clean room with large comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast available which we had both mornings. Only downside is there was no kettle in the room to be able to make a hot drink.

As usual, our stay at the Ibis Hotel La Rochelle Vieaux-Port was flawless. Kudus to staff, breakfast, location, and overall friendliness of people in La Rochelle.

Right in the Old Port area of La Rochelle so incredibly convenient for exploring this area. We enjoyed our stay.

Property seemed tired.

Good location, friendly staff, clean comfortable room.

Room quite small ,wall cabinet layout and quantity not as good as other Ibis we have stayed in .Also only providing 1 bath and hand towel is not good when 2 people stay .

We stayed one night here as part of a motorcycle trip. The location of the hotel is superb - right where you want to be - history, bars, restaurants and beach all within a few minutes. La Rochelle is a great place and I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in.

Very boring and slightly depressing room.

The property has a wonderful location, right in the heart of the old port. Breakfast buffet was very good (although only boiled eggs on offer in terms of cooked food). On the downside, we were disappointed with the bedrooms -very basic for the price.

Rooms were very small Much smaller than what we are used to in Europe We would not return to this property

Great location in the Vieux Port area. Wonderful, multilingual staff who were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great service and location can't be beat.
