A true jewel in the crown of the walled Medina city of Marrakesh. Hidden away down a side alley behind a large ornate door. Entrance into a lovely courtyard garden then pass through into the inner courtyard where you are treated to an amazing traditional Riad by by truly wonderful hosts. The rooms are just splendid. I took my adult son and daughter here to celebrate a tough university year. Each of us had amazing rooms , exceptionally clean and presented. I was lucky enough to have room 4 with its own terrace over the garden courtyard. Great place to start and end the day. This Riad has its own spa which I can highly recommend for traditional treatment, Also they offer dinner and a cooking class all at reasonable extra charge. Riad is situated just inside the Walled City and about a 20min walk to the main market of Jemaa el-Fna, and the palaces, and in the other direction 20min walk to the new city district Marrakech Plaza. When booking this Riad boot a taxi transfer through the Riad as they walk you to the front door.. Walking feels safe, crossing the roads takes decisive moves they stop when you are on the crossing. Within the medina the narrow streets can be packed, hot dusty and full of the aromas of Marrakech. But we felt safe every step. Can’t recommend this Riad highly enough a true Jewel in the Crown . Thank you BCK Art Riad for making our visit to Marrakech so magical... I will most certainly return..

This seems to be a relatively new hotel (extremely new spa) and very well looked after. It was indeed an oasis in the middle of the madness that is the Marrakech medina! Hotel is convenient to the souk "action" and the staff were great and provided a good overview of the town upon our arrival. Our only complaint (and it's a big one) is that we were in the ground floor room which we found unacceptably small. It basically has a king size bed stuffed in flush to two walls with barely room to walk around the other two sides. No room for suitcases and certainly no chair although the hotel's general sitting area in the courtyard is very nice. The other rooms look to be much larger. To the hotel's credit, when we complained about the room they were extremely apologetic, offering us free nights or a suite option at another hotel a bit out of town. When we rejected both those options, they were willing to refund our remaining nights without any hassle. I would have absolutely no hesitation staying at this hotel in the future (people were really great), but I would be careful to ensure I was not going to be put in the ground floor room unless it somehow gets redesigned.

This is a lovely Riad, filled with art. But, it is impossible to find on your own -- don't even try. Go to the Bab Doukala gate and phone from there to ask for somebody to come get you (just a few minutes walk). You can have a quiet dinner with beer or wine at the Riad, but we found it wasn't very good value.

Excellent location and awesome staff. Marco was very helpful and gave useful advise before we ventured out - this meant we were aware of certain behaviours and helped us to not get conned as tourists. Also, this is a Riad and not a Hotel - I have provided my rating taking this into account.

From the minute I stepped into BCK I felt at home. I was greeted by the lovely Marco, professional, well presented, kind and generous in his welcome to me. Kitchen, cleaning and management staff were also very professional in their communications and help to me. My room was beautifully appointed, very clean and very comfortable. I loved viewing the art, so well positioned and chosen amongst beautiful furniture and textiles. Thank you...I will definitely return to BCK.

Experiencia inmejorable, el riat es cómodo las habitaciones son bastante grandes, estuvimos 5 noches y para nada se nos hizo pequeña. El trato por parte de los dueños y el personal fue fenomenal.
