El cuarto tenía mucha humedad, no me ayudaron a facturar mi estancia y estaba en proceso de remodelación mucho ruido y polvo. Tal vez deberían haber avisado de esto antes y entonces podría tomar la decisión de hospedarme o no. El personal es amable

Everything nice

We had booked 3 weeks but only ended up staying 2. Even ahead of the stay things were questionable, we couldn’t find any information about the hotel online, no contact info or anything. Ongoing construction at the hotel which we were not informed of, it was very noisy at times. At least we were placed in a room far away. Housekeeping didn’t do anything except changing the bed and possibly sweeping the floor. We had a cockroach in the room that we killed and he was still on the bathroom counter after housekeeping had been there, they didn’t wipe tables or anything. There were also stains on probably every single one of the sheets we got. The staff didn’t speak a lot of English so google translate was essential. WiFi was mostly terrible. It was okay, but I wouldn’t return unfortunately.

Great hotel

We walked around for quite sometime thinking our maps were wrong. We finally found the property, nothing like what was shown. Absolutely no windows anywhere. The front is covered in plywood and caution tape. We ended up booking something different, which was amazing. The staff watched us walk by several times and never tried to ask what we were looking for. I would suggest Expedia remove this listing until it at least look habitable.

This hotel is under construction until March 31st, the note on renovations shared does not accurately represent the extent of the work that is ongoing. During our stay, the entire facade and reception was demolished and they were pulling up new walls, drilling and hammering. We barely found this hotel on the street as it was fully scaffolded up. They put us in the room right by the reception, construction noise ended at 6 pm and started again at 7 am the next day. We left after 1 night. This is the first hotel I've ever left and I traveled quite a bit. I'm sure the hotel will look lovely after the upgrades, but it should not be renting rooms for the period due to the disruption. It speaks volumes about the management. Otherwise, the rooms look as described, but there are no windows on them as mentioned somewhere in the booking. The front desk staff was very lovely and as helpful as they could be in the situation outside their control. You could get a better accommodation for your money.

This hotel is strange. The rooms really don't have any windows and the lighting is very dim. Sound travels easily from outside to inside so bring earplugs. During our stay there was demolition to the front of the building. It would have been nice to have known this ahead of the stay. The price is comparable to most other hotels in the area and should at least be greatly reduced during the renovation.

We were warmly greeted in the reception and shown to our beautiful room. Great place, clean rooms, good a/c, televisions… this hotel is central to everything on the island, from getting off the ferry to the 3 mins walk to the beach. We were lucky to be upgraded on our second week there to an upstairs room with a patio which we really enjoyed after a long day at the beach. Thank you to all the staff there that made our visit feel just like home.

Sadly, this hotel was not for us. On arrival, the room was clean, but off the scale humid - and no windows. In fact none of the rooms had windows. The pictures make it look fabulous, but that was not the reality. In the end, we didn’t spend a single night there. The staff were very polite and they helped us find another hotel with some space just down the road. It’s a first for us to have to find somewhere else. The manager called the owner who did agree to refund us, but despite numerous attempts through Expedia customer service, nothing materialised. I’m sad to leave a negative review as the staff were extremely nice, but given our experience and no refund, I feel obliged to be honest about our experience.

Lovely staff, big clean rooms, not the most sound proof rooms. Perfect for a short stay. Lack of windows/space to dry things means it is not ideal for a long term stay.

Our room wasn't ready when we got there. There was a coffee machine but they don't supply coffee. No bottled water. We had to buy our own. The pictures on the website are misleading as the property loojs new and chic. In reality it was dated and just felt dirty and musty.

Property was basic, rooms don’t have any windows so it’s a bit muggy in the rooms, hot water is limited! But the location is great

This property was pretty to look at however not as functional as we would have preferred. The hot water didn’t work for 2 of 3 nights. The cleaners did not leave coffee pods one morning nor was there any water for the coffee maker. We had to wait until 5pm for towels when the ones we had previously would have been fine. The room was poorly designed with the light hanging low in front of the closet door. This made the closet difficult to use and the light a head hitting hazard, I’m only 5’3”. The bathroom sink sprayed all over the counter regardless of the pressure. The staff tried hard to accommodate and compensate however it was near impossible. I suppose “remoteness” accounts for much of the challenges. Perhaps the website just over sells a bit. We enjoyed our stay and 3 nights was perfect.

No windows in the room! No windows! Therefore it's 100 moist all the time. Even our non swim cloth got wet during 3 days stay. Mattress is soft and uncomfortable and soundproof is very weak, so I couldn't get normal sleep at all.

El hotel esta ubicado en buen lugar. El cuarto estaba muy amplio con mucho espacio y teníamos el balcón que fue de maravilla.
