Love the hotel. Everything was great! However, avoid staying during Merdeka Day because there’s a parade in front of the hotel. If you want to see the parade, it’s at the best location. Room and bed were good. Food was nice. Definitely worth the money. Cons: The parking to the hotel is quite dark and scary at night. No security and poor lighting.

The room is too smelly. But they already move us to another room. After we move to another room, the air-conditioning problem. Maintenance already fix it , but still hot. Need to wait so long. Please check all room before release to guest. Thanks

"Car Parking Area" major issue. Yes you may park at level 4 sharing with malls (quite a distance) but at night you have to pass through level 1 2 3 without light... very dark and scary.

No staff outside the lobby to help with the check in. Check in took 20minutes and there were no seats for guests while waiting for the check in. My family had to stand while holding my sleeping baby the entire time. Info on the room page was misleading too. I booked for a seaview room but given city view. Breakfast provided for only 1 person, so my partner was charged RM55 for it. Breakfast food was abysmal, no variety and taste horrible. But staff was super nice and friendly, and view of the harbour was mesmerizing. The mall next to it has nothing to offer be it for food or shopping. Overall bad bad experience. Would never stay here again.

Add another rm50 to get this view. You can request breakfast at room FOC. The staff very friendly and helpful. Don't miss out the sunset View from 15 floor cafe.

Asking rm500 for deposit was too much..then agreed for rm300 but still too expensive compared to other hotels with good breakfast and fast room service!

Overall was a good stay except the room is not equipped with a sofa chair as seen in the website. Call the housekeeping and being informed that the type of room (Deluxe Room) does not come with the sofa.

Definitely it was awesome. Cant wait to stay again. Breakfast is awesome. All is in good hand. Location is strategic, nearby Filipino market. Room is spacious, wardrobe and bathroom is well organized. Except don't have in room slipper. Other than that, amazing. Thumbs up!
