This is our second time stayed in this hotel. We loved the huge hot spring pool inside the room. The location is unbeatable, close to both train and bus stations. We love the convenience and service!

The service at the hotel was impeccable from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a warm welcome, and the staff took the time to walk us to our room, demonstrating the various features it offered. We loved the bathrobes and slippers provided, and we especially enjoyed the in-room hot spring in a huge bath tub. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a variety of set meals to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located near the main station, the hotel offers a wide range of activities, including yoga, craft sessions, Nintendo Switch games, and toys and books for young children. The surrounding area is filled with great food options. Rooms are spacious and each features a large private onsen. The staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and enjoyable stay.

The front desk staff was amazing with excellent services. The room was large and spacious and the public baths were very nice with a cold and hot pool. The hotspring here is not with sulfur and so it does not have the smell. Things in the minifridge were also free. Highly recommend

I had a great experience. The hotel has all you need for a relaxing stay. The rooms are super clean and thoughtfully designed. Staff are great, but need to pay more attention to details. The dehumidifier was full when I checked in, and I didn't notice until I was ready for bed, so I didn't call the front desk. Minor thing, but if they had caught it, my stay would be 10/10. I would still recommend this hotel though!

This was my 2nd time stayed here. I love the place except breakfast need to be improved overalls.

Large, clean and comfortable room for family of 4. Spacious bathroom with double sinks and a large bath. Service was excellent and responsive. The pillows provided were neither firm enough for the head nor soft enough to hug, but the staff were quick to provide with contoured foam pillows and softer pillows when I asked. Kids enjoyed the games room a lot.

Air-conditioning needs adjustment. The air outlet points directly at the bed and can make people uncomfortable while sleeping. The room looks directly at another hotel which blocks view to the water.

The hotel staffs are very nice and really try their best to make your stay comfortable.

The bathroom is still using small bottle of single use shampoo conditioner and bath foam. Not only is it not environmentally friendly, it also doesnt make sense since it is a onsen hotel and customers are expected to take bath multiple times, it is troublesome to ask for replenishment the common onsen on the 2nd floor is quite uninspiring and Room is quiet with good enough sound insulation

Beautiful room, love the deep hot bathtub with the view. Very quiet area, good for stop by to rejuvenate and move on.
